First things first, the title may be a bit decieving. Because the people who run Hastings motor vehicle are a lot more rude and grouchy than the cookie monster could ever be, id say they are more like oscar the grouch.. the attitude and the stank. I have visited this "hole in the wall" multiple times in my life and have been treated horribly every single time. So this time I am putting my foot down and standing up to these crooks, once and for all! Here is just a slight look into the "experience" of visiting this business- if you can even consider it one. When you walk in you are lucky to be greeted at all. Sometimes the young lady will say "hi" but the old man is quieter than a church mouse, I think he is stuck on himself. He suposidly runs an insurance company as well even though I am not sure how he does it with his lack of customer service skills. You would think that an owner of a company would care about pleasing his customers, but not this guy! My latest issue with them (and what pushed me over the edge) was when I brought them a title I needed to transfer into my name. I was told I could not do it because of an error on the purchase price. I understand that rules are rules but their demeanor was extreemly rude. They basically just threw a few forms in my face and told me to go get them signed. I do not recomend anyone going there. Pay the extra money to go up to Inver Grove Heights or even Cannon falls.. hell I would even go to the other side of Minnesota just so I didnt have to deal with these people. The worst part about this whole thing is that they are privetly owned. With their discusting service you would think they were ran by the state, just when you thought nothin could suprise you!! So keep in mind, being privetly owned, WE are their customers, WE should be treated with a high level of repsect. They should value us, after all we pay their wage... not the state. Poor customer service is the pit fall in 90% of business failure. I just wanted to inform everyone they are not obligated to go there. Because there a business with little to no customer service, driving a short distance to get some respect is a small price to pay. Also, if there is anyone else who has been burned by the norgaard DMV/insurance please comment, I want to know how you feel as well. Thank you and good day. |
