All My Sons Moving & Storage Ormando Gomez, Very dishonest company and staff Farmers Branch, Texas

This company is very dishonest. It is a call center based company in Dallas, TX. that has phone numbers listed everywhere, making you think that you are calling the local office of where you are needing to move from. The call center is staff is told to use that as their sales pitch, with local branch information listed in the sidebar of their CMS system. There is no training that makes the company look like they have knowledge of moving services. You just sit there and listen to someone take and make calls all day long and then they place the new person on the phone. Kind of like "throwing you to the dogs." Customers call because of the name of the company and the reputation that the movers give the company, not the people that answer the phone. In this call center, you have convicted felons, people on parole and probation and numerous people in and out of jail. If you are a good sales person, you can call and Mr. Gomez will bond you out. The call center takes credit card information over the phone and there you have people with fraud convictions and theft, not to mention the haneous drug charges that are shown. Then there is the pitch when the customers ask if we hire felons. The call center automatically tells them no, which is used as an incentive for their monthly quota and to keep the job by booking the move based on lies. The sales pitch says that we do background checks and random drug tests, which is the infamous sales pitch of Ormando's son, Julian Gomez, stating that "we know who we send into your home, so you have nothing to worry about when it comes to us. Just relax. We have you taken care of." Customers are overcharged, based on what Mr. Gomez decides is the best hourly rate, at times, confusing the call center staff and causing people to lose their jobs because of the mistakes that the higher authority makes, unbeknownst to the local office. Then you have detectives calling the call center looking for certain movers and people requesting to speak with the person that handles the entire AMS empire, which is Ormando Gomez, who specifically tells us not to say his name or who he is. SO, basically, customers are led to believe that they are getting the quality and "family-based" love for their move. It is all a lie to make money, just like the next weasel. You should see these people's homes and what they drive. OH MY GOD. Ferrari's, Beamers, Benz's, travel buses and the owners, Robert and Vauna Peterson, whom reside in Dallas, TX. and are the co-partners, are purchasing jets and travelling around everywhere, screaming at the staff and firing people for inexcusable reasons, violating Workplace, Civil, Federal, State, and Employee Rights. I can name it all right down to the wire about the defamation of character of each individual that works at AMS. Then these people take $9hr in this call center without raises unless you are favored by Sascha or Ormando. You either have to have a nice body for a female, take in the sexually explicit verbage, or be nice to Julian Gomez if you want to make it anywhere in that place. It is awful and sad and I know that in a Moral sense, this place should be closed down, all due to people not having to worry about their job on a moment-to-moment basis. It is a stressful environment and if management is pissed off or having a bad day, then you are subject to losing your job for any given reason. The rules of the workplace and employee rights are non-existent in this company. I don't care who has anything to say behind this, but there are many people that are still there that are scared to say anything because Ormando instills an environment of fear when his presence is known. It is like the Pavlov dog....when the bell rings, you run; when the hand is raised, you flinch. And most of all, Ormando is Robert Peterson's right-hand man and he is fully unaware of how that call center is managed and trained. He listens to the staff on the phone selling his service and if it is not right, he asks Ormando why, Ormando will approach the employee with a "fake-I actually care attitude" and talk to the employee, right there when Mr. Peterson is trying to understand. Then, Ormando yells at Sascha or the employee to be written up or sent home because he will eventually be questioned by Mr. Peterson. The employee is then scared, not understanding what they did wrong, knowing that they were never professionally trained. So, they are railroaded in every aspect of their job. These customer's that call in tell the staff that answers the phone that they are incompetent and if they don't know, why do they say that they can help them? Just understand, EVERYONE, All My Sons does not care about your move, especially when their claims department, "We Care Claims", sits right next to the call center staff. State rules are violated when the insurance is discussed and disclosed to the customer and not properly and factually given to the customer. All this company wants the call center to do is to book the move and then let the local office clean up our mess that we state wrong to the customer. You are charged for the quilt pad wrapping because the tapes has to be what holds the quilt to the furniture. The rolls of tape get expensive after a while, and you will never even realize it until you are given the bill. Fuel is never quoted by the call center, either. Oh, an do not forget the infidelity and sexual encounters that go on within the company. Just ask Sascha Jones who slept with Ashley Jacob and Ricki Palacios, as well as Ron Clair, whom his wife is a partner with him there and has slept with Mrs. Palacios, whom is married to a friend of mine, all within the building. Mr. Jones was just married on April 3rd and had a baby and this occurred again after he was married. Also, he makes vulgar statements to the younger women there and speaks very bluntly to the overweight ones as well as the ones with criminal records. Mr. Gomez is another story and the apple, Julian Gomez, definitely does not fall far from the tree. People smoke marijuana in the parking lot and carry drugs on their very person in the building. Kyle and Julie will come back in high and get frustrated with the customers when they call because they are all under the influence of either marijuana or methamphetamines. JUST WATCH THIS COMPANY VERY CAREFULLY. READ GOOGLE, DOT COMPLAINTS, STATE AND FEDERAL COMPLAINTS AND CASES, AND EVEN DO A BACKGROUND CHECK ON THAT OFFICE IN YOUR AREA. YOU ARE HIRING FELONS AND SPEAKING TO THEM OVER THE PHONE. REGARDLESS OF THE CHARGE OR THE FACT THAT THERE IS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND, THEY ARE NOT FAMILY-ORIENTED AS THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE. TRUST ME IF I CAN TELL YOU FROM THE VERY INSIDE TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE COMPANY, FROM BOTTLE-POPPING AND FERRARI'S TO PEOPLE GETTING FIRED FOR NO GIVEN REASON. THAT IS WHY THEY ARE NO LONGER A BBB CLIENT. THEIR REPUTATION IS NO LONGER WHAT THEY STILL CONTINUE TO STATE WHEN YOU CALL AND INQUIRE. THE LIES WORSEN, HURTING EVERYONE FROM THE EMPLOYEE TO THE CONSUMER, MAKING THEIR LIFE MORE COMFORTABLE WITH THE EXTENSIVE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY MAKE FROM THE PUBLIC. User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by Boudy 04/13/2009 I called this company to reserve a move on a Saturday, for a saturday move 2 weeks later. A few days before the move, I called back to check on the reservation, and they couldnt find anything. I left the country on vacation, and wanted this DONE before I left.
