Red River Credit Union Continues to put my mortgage payments into savings account and report my payments being late Texarkana, Texas

I went to Red River Credit Union in Texarkana, Texas several years ago to finance my house and property.They processed two separate loans; one for the property and another for the house. I had to open a separate savings account to become a member of the credit union in order for them to process the loan. I opened the savings with the $20.00 required. I would combine the mortgage payments and send a check each month for the both of them. In the year 2010 I started receiving notices my payments were more than 30 days late. After looking into the situation I noticed they were depositing my payments into the savings account. I talked to a lady name Monica. She looked at my account and noticed the problem and made the correction.They continued the same process for several months and reporting my payments late. Monica had to keep posting my mortgage payments properly. I then had my bank send two separate checks and the loan number printed clearly on each separate check to have my payments posted properly; per request from Monica. They continue depositing my mortgage payments into the savings account. I have even requested for them to close the saving account but they refuse. Red River Credit Union reported me to the credit bureau as being more than 30 days late four times. I have requested them to remove the false claim but they will not do it. I have never been 30 days late; I have talked to Monica several times and for some reason they cannot or will not correct the problem they have created.
