Airtel DTH FRAUD and annoying calls and faulted Direct to home machinary Internet |

In furtherance to our complain in Airtel DTH we received calls from Airtel demanding money for replacements and also servicing charges for the Set Top Box. They booked complaints Docket (No. 9275416) while talking to us primarily in furtherance to your valuable effort. After two days when they found that they will not be able to get money for a new machine and also service charges they finally , again sent an SMS claiming the problem has been solved. I think for their fault they should be paying us and not we to them and there is no question of service or replacement charges, and for lack of service what on earth they think they will be able to get money for lack of service and even claim money for threat calls??? We cannot understand how come without visiting our house or changing the defective Set Top Box the problem resolved!! Is it a process to be followed by a Civilized Company, in a civilized society to make good a non functional dumping gadget???? I demand an unqualified apology in writing by post to my address, compensation money to be paid immediately.
