Fraudulent Company from Costa Rica |

Advance Me Today is a Fraudulent Company. They provide the loan amount that you need, and like any loan you'll need to pay back in payment's or in full. The scam part with Advance Me Today is they take out the payment for example : $150 and by doing so you think your paying off your loan right? WRONG. The amount they take out every other week NEVER goes towards your principle. It may say so on your account when you log in, but if you look in two weeks time the remaining balance goes back up.
My personal experiance is I had to take out a loan to pay my car tags. I took out $350 and I told the company please take out $105 every paycheck so I have this paid off. When four weeks came along I checked my bank account and they took $155 out of my account. I looked on their web site and My Principle had NEVER been touched. I called Advance Me Today and they told me I was paying off the Finance Charges. I'm like wtf??? I told her the person that helped me get the loan said NOTHING about these extra charges. She then told me I should of never agreed to the contract and I hung up on her. I realized something was fishy with this Company. I used to work for a loan Company and I know that they don't work that way. I did some digging and BINGO ( SCAM! FRAUD!) Popped up every time I typed in Advance Me Today.
Now I'm getting phone calls, Fax letters to my work, and emails saying they will take legal action if I don't pay. I've paid over $600 dollars to these people. They don't need anymore money off of me.

In the first place, did you get the money and how did you spend It?
I used to work in a pay day loan company and I know for a fact you need to sign an agreement. Did you sign it and more important ... Did you read it? |

I have used pay day loan in the past and the only secret they have is to request them when there is certainty that you will be able to pay it on your next pay check. Because if you go paying the minimum as any credit card company or any other line of credit will accrue interest or charges for as much as you keep the money for. So stop complaining and learn how to use the probably only line of credit that you have. They help a lot of people that we know and are responsible enough to read the contract and know what we will be charged for. If your finances are a mess then get you act together and grow up. They are out there to help you when you struggle that if you learn how to use it. |

I agree with Fargo1045 on this one. I just went onto this company's site (was taken there through Money Mutual) and, after reading the fine print, figured I should just figure out another way to find $300 without having to pay the interest they charge. I mean, 644% interest? Wow! So read the fine print and do your homework. The only gripe I have is what happened when I decided to not go through with the loan. They kept on calling me, my job and so forth. Very annoying. So if you really need the money, I say, work on consolidating the bills you don't need to pay (cable, cell phone, car insurance, etc.) and work on saving what you can. It's tough, but can be done. |
