Adenotrex Wrongfully charged my card 3 different times at $79.95 each. Did not purchase (or receive) anything from the company. Internet |

I initially upgraded a product I had already owned called Double Your Vertical Leap by Luke Lowrey. The upgrade was free, all that was required was that I pay a $9.95 processing fee. This was on 5/6/11. I was asked if I wanted to try the product Adenotrex after my purchase. I selected "no". A few weeks later at the end of the month I received from my bank. It showed a charge of $79.95 on 5/24 and another charge of $79.95 on 5/31. I was then charged another $79.95 the following week on 6/7. That is a total of $239.85. There are so many things wrong with that. One, I didn't even order the product. Two, even if on their end it showed that I had ordered the product I did not receive a single product or item in the mail to show for the charges. And finally, who in the world has that kind of money? I certainly do not which is why I contacted them immediately. I went to their website- verticaljumpsolutions.com- on 6/7 to get the company's number so I could talk to someone, only to find out that there is no one to talk to. When you call, the automated system tells you to go to the website. I did this and submitted a ticket thoroughly explaining my issue. I received no response after a couple days so I emailed their support email- [email protected] to again explain my issue. I received confirmation via email response on 6/13 that I had been issued the refunds and to allow 10-15 business days for them to show, which would have been 7/4. I never received my refunds. I even gave it a couple days due to the holiday. I e-mailed them on 7/8 to let them know I never received the refunds. They responded that they do not have full control as to when the refunds post. They said that some banks wait until the new month to post them. So I waited for the new month to roll around, and still nothing. I contacted them on 8/3 via the same Ticket ID we had been communicating on (RVF-578703) to let them know that I had not received anything yet. I hadn't heard back from them the next day so I forwarded the email to them again. Still, no reply. I composed a new email on 8/5 to generate a new Ticket ID (this new ID# is ODI-336066) and I explained everything again in the new email and gave them the old Ticket ID# to refer to. The only response I received was the standard auto reply message they send out in response to new mail. I even responded to that email using the same instructions to process a refund I had used two months prior when I had initially contacted them for a refund. I have yet to hear anything from them. It has been over two months and I have gotten absolutely nowhere. I am still out $239.85. I have tried my very best the past couple of months to keep the issue between us and get it resolved myself and have been very cooperative. I can no longer get a reply from them, so now I am forced to use other tools such as this website. I am a college student working my way through school and I do not earn a very high level of income. I can not allow this to happen not only for financial reasons, but in principle. Please let me know if you can help me in my situation. I have all the emails (sent and received) that have been exchanged and they can be provided if necessary. I received no confirmation or receipt from any type of online purchasing system or the company to show the charges, they only appeared on my bank statement which can be provided as well. I would caution everyone to be careful in conducting any type of business with this company. They obviously are just out to get debit/credit card numbers. All I want is the entire $239.85 refunded back to me. Seems pretty simple to me. |
