ACS Incorportation This company has called my cell phone approximately 10 times per day, they then sent me an email threatening to sue me and charge

When I opened my email today, I was informed by ACS Incoporation that they had made several attempts to contact me by phone and by mail with regard to a loan that I owed them for $986.45. Claiming also that they have shared this information with me in several letters, and that I was to revert back to my loan agreement. If I do not respond within 48 hours the case will be downloaded against me. At which point the amount I owe will be $5450.02. I am to grab my debit card and call or email them right now in order to make a payment and freeze down this case. The telephone that they included is 1-925-271-6125. I have no idea who this is or for that matter what they are referring to, I do know that I receive an average of 10-15 calls per day, all from people who speak very little English and always from different numbers. I returned an email to them and advised them to send me any correspondence by way of the U.S. Postal service and to include account numbers, original debtor and any information that they claim is pertinent to this so called claim. I will then contact a lawyer and determine what I should do. So far, I have had no response, other than phone calls at all hours of the day and night. They claim that they are either Lawyers or from the FBI.
