| Corrine Heggart of A Womans Touch Cleaning Service is the rudest most unprofessional individual I have ever had to deal with. I purchased the coupon on June 29, 2011. I telephoned first to see when I could book the services and I had to leave a message. As I had not heard from anyone I emailed on July 4, 2011, requesting when I could get my house cleaned. Corrine emailed me back and said that the end of July was the best she could do. I telephoned her and spoke with her regarding what type of products she uses as we are chemically sensitive in this household and I told her we could not have any chemicals here including perfume. She said that that would not be a problem. We booked the appointment for July 22, 2011, when they showed up I could smell perfume and I told the three girls that there was no way they would be able to come into my house with perfume on and that I was sure that I had made that clear when I spoke to Corrine on the telephone. She said that I did not mention it and I said that I am pretty sure that I did as I tell everyone. I also had told her that if she did not have environmentally safe products that she could use my products to do the job. But that we would have to reschedule and they had to make sure that they did not wear perfume. They said ok and we rescheduled for August 8, 2011 @ 15:30. Well 15:30 came and went and they never showed up and never called to cancel or to rebook. I finally got ahold of her after many telephone calls. She said that they called everyone at 10:30 that morning and if you didnt answer they just went on to the next house. I said no one called me because I was in all day and I would have had a missed call on my land line as well as my cell and there was no such call. She started raising her voice and said that they did call and told me that she doesnt need this stress and she is not going to deal with it and hung up on me. I kept calling back and she refused to answer the phone. Then I left it for a while and I called back off a line that she could not see my number and she answered and said that there was no Corrine there. She just kept lying about everything and refused to answer. Finally she did answer later and I tried calming things down and told her that I am the customer she needs to fulfill her obligation. So we set up an appointment for August 22, 2011 @ 15:30 and left it that if she had a cancellation that she would call me sooner. On August 19, 2011, I telephoned Corrine to confirm that she in fact was coming on Monday, August 22, 2011 @ 15:30 and she confirmed. I told her that I had a bunch of appointments to make and I didnt want to make them during the time that she would be here. And she said no that would not be good and confirmed that she would be here. Well August 22, 2011 @ 15:30 has come and gone and she did not show up and she did not phone to cancel or reschedule. I telephoned her at 15:45 and asked if she was running late and she said yes so I asked when I could expect to see her, well I believe it was one of her helpers that answered the phone and acknowledged herself as Corrine because I could hear her in the background asking Corrine what she wanted her to tell me. Well Corrine said that she was not going to come and she hung up the phone on me. Well I telephoned back and as usual she refused to answer the phone. So I no longer have any faith or trust that they would do a proper job or that they will even ever show up and I want my money back. So how do I go about getting my money back? Sincerely yours, I have received my money back from the company that I purchased the voucher from so at least that part was good. I did not receive any hassels they just credited back my c/c. But I feel it very important that everyone know what kind of person they are dealing with if they hire this company and specifically Corrine Heggart. |

I am so sorry you feel this way.
When we had set up appointment, you had mentioned no "chemical, strong smelling cleaners" nothing about perfumes, fabric softners etc
When we had showed up at our appt, you had asked us if we were wearing perfume (you could not smell it)
we did have body spray on, we were honest and told you we were.
Your reply was, You could have forgotten to tell me about perfume as you have talked to so many people and forgotten who I informed and it was possible you have forgotten.
We then tried to rebook for you, we did clearly state we had to redeem other appt who were already booked.
We did set up an appt and we called on our way but no answer on your end.
For a few days after this you had proceeded to call me over and over, yelling, swearing and calling me names.
NOT ONCE was I rude back, but I did make clear that I will not put up with your verbal abuse and disrespect and yes I did hang up because I do not need or want to put up with people who choose to talk to me like that.
This is really upsetting to me that you have went and slandered my name on the internet. |

I know exacty who you are and if this is not removed within 24 hours I will be looking into legal action for slander, you are not only attacking my business but myself personally!!
This is not a scam, I do provide a service, I DO NOT in any way scam people into taking their money, I am not verbally abusive, I treat people how I would like to be treated but if I am disrespected and people are rude towards me or my staff I will not put up with it in any way, shape or form and you will have to look for services elsewhere. |

| I just spoke to Corrine, I had her phone number from the voucher that I purchased on deal find. When I called I asked if this is a womens touch cleaning service and she replied no. I asked who I was speaking with and she said Corrine. Right away I knew that I was speaking to the lady who Is in fact Corrine of the company and she straight up told me that I was mistaken. I think this is the biggest scam going and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have been trying to book for months and the voicemail attatched to the number is constantly full. I will be calling deal find tomorrow to have my money refunded as well. |

| I bought my voucher for cleaning service 7 months ago and have been waiting for an appropriate time to use it. I called today and a woman answered. I asked if this was "A woman's touch" and she said "No its not" and hung up on me. I called back and said to her "You just hung up on me, but I wanted to let you know that if in fact you are not "A woman's touch" that you should perhaps try to get i touch with the company as the phone number they have advertised everywhere is yours" she was extremely rude and said "I dont know what you are talking about and I'm in the middle of something" I then told her "You are extremely rude." This woman is such a scam artist, although a bad one at that. You would think if you were in the business of ripping people off you would at least take the 5 minutes to change your phone number. She obviously doesnt know how to run a reputable and customer service based business and should consider taking down her website and closing her doors (if in fact there is even a business at all) I am in the middle of speaking with the company through which I purchased my voucher, but will not step down when it comes to this so-called business. | I have had similar problems to everyone else. Corinne was rude when I spoke to her and her voicemail is always full! I scheduled appointments with her twice, both times no one showed up and I haven't been able to get a response from them again since and that was a couple of months ago. I've tried calling and emailing and I've even contacted the deal voucher company and they have tried contacting her as well. I am now in the process of trying to get a refund but of course since this has taken so long I can only get a credit to my account as opposed to a refund. This company is a total scam, BUYER BEWARE! |

Hmmm Very interesting! I'm having issues with this company as well. I also bought Vouchers from Dealfind and tried to call and send something up and was told to text her as she was " driving" or her truck with her appt book was in her truck which was in the repair shop. She knew I wanted to redeem vouchers and I didn't hear back from her. I call her the next business day because maybe she doesn't take calls or texts on weekends?? She gave me the same thing...let me text you back. When I said I did text you but you didn't reply...She muttered something and hung up on me??!!
I can't be bothered trying to deal with a business woman when really...I'm just dealing with a cleaning lady who has no idea how to run a business with integrity.

| I agree with all of the above. When I have called I either get a voice message and nobody returns my message or I get an extremely rude individual. I believe she might be operating under different names as well (Kwik Kleaning and Maid 2 Shine) - both use the same phone # given in the dealfind, groupons etc. |

Scaminformer.com is a terrible company.This company does not allow stuff to be erased unless you pay their lawyer that they have advertised with them. SCAM INFORMER SHOULD BE ERASED FROM THE INTERNET. This Scam Informer website is a fraud!!!
It is so easy for ex and fired employees to slander here. It does not investigate the claims they have on this website!

| I had the same issues. I purchased a coupon from Kijiji Daily Deals. When I called to book an appointment, she asked where I got this number. As soon as I mentioned Kijiji, she hung up. Recalled and was sent direct to voicemail. Trying to get a refund from Kijiji now. |

| I have spoken to her on several occasions and emailed back and forth trying to get her to commit to some kind of an appointment. I just called her again and she pretended not to be a woman's touch cleaning and to have never heard of it, even though for months I have called the same # and have talked to her about booking an appt. She is a liar and scammer. I recognized her voice so I called back with a blocked # and asked for her by Corrine, she paused, then said "speaking", but said that I had the wrong person. Her name is Corrine Heggart, if anyone chooses to track her down and show up on her doorstep then she will get what she deserves... |

| I have been trying to book an appointment to use my dealfind voucher for about 8 months. My dealfind voucher also says that they do same day service, incuding weekends and when I enquired about a weekend via email, I received the response " We don't do weekends" No one ever returns my calls. I am requesting a refund through dealfind. |

I HAD INFORMED DEAL FIND LAST YEAR THAT I WOULD NO LONGER BE REDEEMING THEIR VOUCHERS BECAUSE OF ONGOING ISSUES BETWEEN THEM AND MYSELF.
I HAD RECENTLY CALLED DEALFIND AGAIN TO SPEAK TO THE SALES REP WHO WAS TAKING CARE OF ME AND SURPRISE HE IS NO LONGER THERE!!
I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT "SAME DAY SERVICE" DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN BOOK A CLEAN THE SAME DAY YOU CALL, IT SIMPLY MEANS THAT THE VOUCHER CAN ONLY BE USED FOR ONE DAY! EXAMPLE; YOU CAN NOT BREAK UP THE TIME (1 HOUR/1 DAY-REMANING TIME/FOLLOWING DAY) I HAD CALLED DEALFIND WHEN I SAW THAT BECAUSE I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THAT BEING ON VOUCHER AND THAT WAS THEIR WAY OF WORDING IT. I REALIZED IT COULD AND WOULD CAUSE SOME CONFUSION.
I DO NOT DO WEEKENDS AND I INFORMED DEAL FIND OF THAT BEFORE I RAN AD, I DO HAVE A FAMILY TO RAISE.

| I was really unhappy with the service provided. It took many phone calls and leaving voicemails before I finally got a call back. I have never gotten a hold of her in person, it always goes to voicemail. Then she arrived with her two kids. I gave them privacy to do their thing, but once they left, I noticed that things were dusted around, items were not removed to be dusted under.Obvious dusty items on tables were not dusted. Coffee table was not moved to be vacuumed under. Bathroom floor mats were not vacuumed, and floors were not cleaned under mats, just around them. Toilet paper holders and towel racks that were dusty were not cleaned. Washer and dryer were obviously dusty, and not wiped down. I think they were trying to go so fast that the quality of work really suffered. When she left I tried to make my 2 other appointments, but she didn't have her schedule with her.So again I called and called, leaving more voicemails just to make a simple appointment. Then, I finally made the appointments, and what do you think happens? She didn't show up. No phone call, just didn't show up. I tried calling, and her phone was out of service. So, I called groupon, who said her number had changed. So, ok, gave her the benefit of the doubt again, called the new number, and of course it goes to the stupid voicemail again. Still no courtesy call or call back. So I called groupon, who gave me a full refund, thankfully. So, I do not reccommend this company at all. Sorry Corrine, wish things could have been better, but you need to change the way you do business with your customers. And I've now learned my lesson too, that you get what you pay for. It's not worth the deal. |

Please keep in mind "notimpressed" (nice you have to hide your identity) You bought a COUPON, You bought TIME..2 hrs actually. That is much different than a regular clean would be. It can be difficult to get the whole job done in 2 HRS, especially if there is a lot of build up, clutter and house is in bad condition.
I make it a point to tell everyone we focus on main areas, we do a "light dusting" and we may not be able to get to everything. We try to get to everything but at same time try not to rush but some people are never satisfied anyway.I am extremely picky about how the bathrooms and floors are done! I have fired MANY people because of this! I did take some time off in May and June as some health issues came up with my daghter and I DID contact Groupon telling them I am taking a little break.
Second, I call people to confirm, if we dont speak to someone, we dont go, simple as that!
It has happened numerous times we go to a house and no one is home so we MAKE SURE we speak to someone before going.
I also make sure to tell people to call me in the evening as during the day I am driving or working.
Yes, my kids do occasionally come but they are older (teenagers) they have for yrs so please stop making it sound like I showed up with a bunch of little ones
So I would appreciate you take the mature way in handling this, if you had a problem we couldve straightened out rather than try and cause trouble.
As for MONA above, nothing she says is credible. I refuse to work with difficult people. |

OMG!! agree with everyone here, had an appointment n wat i got a NO SHOW, but corrine insisted they came and couldnt get into the building, i asked security, he said he hadnt seen anything, obviously if u came to do a job ul make every effort to get into the building, its not like a house where u knock n no one opens so u leave...
trying to get a refund, and THANK GOD on last minute request i got another company to com clean for me and a great job was done as well...

| Wow, I usually never read or post on these kind of sites, but after dealing with kwikkleaning, I googled her company and to my surprise everything I read is what I experienced, she cancelled on me, she kept blaming the company that I bought my service from, just seemed that this had BAD written all over it since day one. Glad I cancelled as my gut feeling tells me even had they showed, I would have been unhappy. |

WOW! I had a friend ask me to come on and check this out and it blows my mind!
I had originally bought a coupon for myself and a gift for a friend, we booked and they came to do the clean.
I was completely satisfied and quite impressed. I found them to be very polite and the cleaning was fantastic.
I have since hired them as my regular cleaners and have had no issues at all and its been almost a year. We will be continuing to use them for a very long time.
I guess some people reap what they sow. |

Actually we did show up Tazmeen Abdul @ 9710 Horton Road and I had asked for your buzzer number numerous times. You did not tell us to buzz security to get in, If you did, I would have. We all know that buzzing security does not get you in. We sat there for 20 min and I had offered to come back on Sat..that is until you proceeded to call me stupid and uneducated.
I have never in my life come across such demading, rude, stcuk up people in my life as I have since dealing with you guys and these stupid coupons!!
There is not a day that goes by that I do not regret doing this deal!
I go out of my way to try and make people happy but I have long since had it with every single one of you.
I have many regular customers who are very happy and I have gotten new customers...that is the customers I CHOOSE.
There is a simple solution, GET A REFUND and make someone else's life hell.
I have dealt with too much crap from people like yourselves and from the company I ran ad through.
I am not here to listen or put up with this emotional abuse of name calling and put downs.
Its people like you all that make me HATE my job!
but then I have my regular customers and new ones who are so grateful and nice to me that keeps my going.
