A+ Party Bus, Inc. is engaging in false advertisement and unethical business practices. I spoke with Newell Hill on several occasions to confirm the date and price of booking an event with him. Each time he confirmed a price of $450 and the date of Dec.31st. In addition, the website clearly states the same price of $450 on Friday's and no indication of different rates charged on special occasions. I contacted Newell on November 24 to request information on reserving a party bus for Dec 31, New Year's Eve. He assured me the price was going to be $450 for 5 hours because of the winter special. When I spoke to Newell again, on Wednesday, Dec 1st, he reconfirmed the date of Dec 31 and cost at $450. I informed him that I would like to commit to that date and cost and would be collecting the money in advance from those attending the party bus to put down the deposit and I would be calling him by the end of the week with payment. I then contacted him Dec 3rd to put down the deposit. Newell did not answer so I left him a voicemail. He never called me back so I finally e-mailed him Monday morning stating I had the money collected and was ready to set up the specific plans. When he finally responded to me via e-mail on Monday Dec 6, he informed me of a "new" price of $650, indicating that he was unaware the Dec. 31st was New Year's Eve. Only then did Newell Hill inform me that our event would cost an additional $200 for the evening of Dec. 31st.
