Judy Machado: This person hosts charity and fund raising cocktail parties in her Three million dollar home. That's great except that after bouncing a very large check with our company, I've found that she writes bad checks to local Coronado and San Diego Businesses and maybe more. The problem? She gets away with it. This woman is using the stolen money from our businesses to host charity events. I thought writing bad checks was against the law. It is if your a poor drug addict in the ghetto but if your rich is OK. The San Diego police allow certain persons to write thousands of dollars in BAD checks all over town without so much as a raised eyebrow. This is the same police department that declared an obviously murdered woman a suicide because the suspect was rich. What kind of City is this? Judy Machado has no shame. She will look you in the eye promising to make good on the check while knowing she never will. I am shocked that I have to resort to small claims court. My new business policy is:I will never accept a check from anyone again. Please beware of this potential customer. She and her family are Fakes and local criminals and If the police don't care enough to stop her the internet will at least warn others. These charities are associated with this criminal.
