| I received a letter March 18th, 2011 from A.C.A. Recovery, Inc. stating that I owed $624.99 for a Yellowpagesexpress ad. Well, I knew it was a scam because I NEVER worked at the business, yet they had me as an office manager, they had my address as the business address, and my home number! I called the company right away to speak to who I had to contact and I spoke to three very rude woman and never did speak to a Mr. Cutler. So this morning I did some checking of my own and found PAGES of complaints on this company for false claims and scams! So, I knew I seriously had to take action and voice my unappreciation of being scammed!!! |

The Tarp-a-hole banks hire these thugs. My deceased brother closed a deposit box at WAMU-aka Chase-a-hole who kept sending pyramiding late fees(illegal in most states)- I sent the copy of the
closed out certificate-they no care. Seven years later they still trying to collect-bet they have spent
thousands of taxpayer $$$. Send a cease contact/ stop harassment letter. File complaint with FTC.
File suit, the FDIC used to punish Tarp-a-hole banks. Had another bank try it also--I reamed their attorney till he got angry enough to file suit. Walked into court told the judge-SOL(statute of limitations)
had expired=case dismissed. I turned around on the countersuit. Bank laughed try to collect. Found
a property they owned put a lien on it. Now out of the blue another Tarp-a-hole bank for which I have
a large balance-told them to go away. NO they want that .48cents-told them -no owe go away.(SOL)
or I close my large balance. Response We don't care-So I closed it. DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
But you see they don't care--if they need $$$ they tap the citizens with full consent of politicians.
Vote wisely, don't be a groupie voter(Demo-Republican), thats why we are in this mess.
Next to the plate-oil companies, insurance and wall streeters-at it again.
Collection agency!-tell them to send you the documents/proof. Find out who the owner is-start calling
him/them late at night-they will back off.
You will have to do all yourself. Do to the immunities to judges, prosecutors and whoever they say
are immuned(police, friends etc)few attorneys will fight anyone-oh you can win, but you get no attorney
fees or a $1.00. Do to immunities-see online in just last three years these bullies getting incompetent
judges to have you arrested without warrant or bond. The actors can make a false case and prosecutor
can present it to the court LOL knowing they are immuned from wrong doing. Where? you say is our
Supreme court-making new immunities for the shammers. I recall the late Ralph F. Dixon(onion field
murders) turning down a easy 2 million dollar business contract to fly to Chicago to fight bullies like
this on his own $$$-he told me fight em or someday you will have no recourse, those kind of attorneys
are very rare-just a handful-like say Gerry Spence from Wyoming.
