95epay Fraudulent Payment Gateway Guangzhou, China Internet |
2nd of Jun, 2011 by User588790 |
95epay claims to be a 'payment gateway' for a number of internet shopping sites based in China. We had an issue with one of their customers - www.yescostumes.com - who were copying images of our products on their site and refused to take them down when we complained. Normally, if you report the merchant to their payment gateway provider, that organisation (which might be Visa, Mastercard, WorldPay, PayPal etc) will investigate on your behalf and get the merchant to remove the offending items, since genuine payment gateways have to sign agreeements with the credit card companies they represent that they will not deal with sellers who are hawking fake goods or infringing copyright. So we took our complaint to 95epay, who were the payment gateway provider. 95epay responded to our complaint by insisting on proof that, first, we were genuine Directors of our company, and second that our Directors were authorised to act for the company (!). Even when we sent them copies of our Annual Report and our company entry at Companies House in London, they refused to accept them as 'legal documents' and refused to take any action against the seller who was infringing our copyright. Furthermore, when we placed an order using an expired credit card through their payment gateway, it was duly authorised without question! We think that 95epay is a fraud, and is simply there to collect credit card details which they then sell on to crooks. From a trawl of the web, there appear to be other buyers who do not trust them or have had bad experiences. We would strongly advise anyone seeing a site using the 95epay payment gateway not to do business with them or give them any details of their credit cards.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a Canadian customer who wanted to do business with one of the Chinese company you host: www.goldengiantgroup.com, and it proved to be a fraudulent website/company, where the manager Andy He is conning customers world wide to buy products shown on the above mentioned website, and never delivers them. He has robbed people by hundreds of thousands of dollars by now, and he hasn't been stopped. This is terrible, and he continues to do it together with his assistant named "Kelly". I have talked to other people in other countries that all have been robbed by these people, and even had computer scientists who know how to identify fraudulent websites, and they agreed that they are a fraud. You as a host shouldn't host their website anymore, and check out thoroughly whom you do business with. I did checked them out at the beginning, but because they have a website hosted by Xinnet.cn, they look legitimate and people fall for it. BEIJING CE HUATONG INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO. LTD Network is the umbrella that covers Xinnet.cn together with many other companies.
I know that there are worse things happening in the world, but if people like this are not stopped, it will became as bad as in other countries, because they don't have fear that police will come and arrest them; so they can become terrorists and worse criminals possible.The person I complain about "Andy He" is working all social media avenues, and cons millions of people out of their money. |

I purchase from this website http://www.cheap-northfacejackets.net/ and the items didn't arrive, then I got an email that the item is not available anymore and that I have to choose a I different one. I told them I just want to cancel my order and they refuse to refund me.
My questions are;
1. I didn't enter my credit card number in that website, just my address and for some reason it allows me to purchase the item saying that I paid it thru 95epay. I checked my Visa and Mastercard if there were charges from them but I haven't seen any. I wonder how this scam work? Do you think they got money from me? I was just wondering if in anyway they got money from me? |

They are a scam and another scam website that they work with is http://christianlouboutinshoes-outlet, they took my money from the credit card then told me that 5 pairs of shoes was alot and why would I order so many shoes and to send money again via western union as they were going to credit my credit card back since $500.00 was too much for their computer to accept as payment. Stay away from this payment sight and this supposed shoe website it all a fraud!! |

Same happened to me on www.jadecity.net. I gave them my address, phone, name and e-mail. I was redirected to 95epay for payment but fortunately the page was broken. |

looking at the below, most of the complaints are about websites selling chinese copy goods like cheap North Face jackets or Ugg of australia Boots. You know when you visit these sites that sell fake replica goods like watches, shoes and bags that it is an illegal site then complain when you become part of the corruptive scam. Take my advise and buy from the sites recomended by the manufacturer on the official website or from Retail, at least you will get the goods and have peace of mind. If you want cheap copies then take a gamble but do not complain when you do get scammed. |

This is a "payment gateaway" based in China, who is linked to an organisation who is hawking, by using various and ever-changing web domains, fake goods from, yes again, China (surprise surprise!). They claim to sell, among others, the products of our company. The images on their websites have been stolen from the original brand websites, and most probably the actual products look like third-class replicas in real life. None of the websites, nor even the payment service, seem to have valid licensing and representation contracts that are legally required of such operators. Credit card companies have been warned of this payment gateaway.
Most troubling is the fact that research suggests that this "payment gateaway" is most probably in the same criminal organisation who also controls these websites and the underlying counterfeit production business. As such, they most probably will sell the credit card numbers to other criminal organisations for even greater profit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AND ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH IT AT ALL COSTS!! You have been warned, and do not complain when you will eventually, but certainly, be scammed. |

I gave my address details to one of these site for New Balance shoes. I read one of the commenters that they only gave their address information, but not that of the card, but still go charged. I just found over 2, 000 charged on my American Express! I ordered nothing. What can I do? this is the address: http://www.newbalance574store.com/index.php?main_page=account_history_info&order_id=40 |

August purchased from michaelkors.sales@g-mailI <michaelkorsbagsoutletmk.com > and paid with creason 95-epay creason. The company gave me a tracking number for a unknown person in another state.Then tells me that they will have the person send me my order. Admitted thier mistake, then try to blow me off by saying that they will have the person send me my order. I've contacted 95-epay to dispute little results. For my money and the company I intend to let it be known that that I got ripped off. |

Is www.drdrebeatsheadphone-sales.com a scam site as well?
it uses 95EPAY Payment Gateway and it doesn't actually allow us to type in credit card info. Last step is to Confirm order... we're confused by this so I'm doing research on it before we do anything. |
