I received a tattoo at Outlaw Tattoo in Sioux falls. Ryan began tattooing me and i made a comment about how shakey he was, he laughed and said it was normal. Having received all of my previous work from PROFESSIONAL shops in Vegas, i was alarmed at how shady the process was, i was also immensely confused when he told me my tattoo would not need aftercare because it was so small?!? In what would doesnt a tattoo need aftercare, and from my knowledge all tattoos need be treated as wounds and aftercare keeps infection from happening. I had my girlfriend call her regular artist and asked several questions when i woke up only 2 days after receiving my tattoo to see that all of the ink had spread underneath my skin and now appears like a bruise, the numbers have since ran into eachother and its unreadable. My girlfriends artist knew the owner and tried calling to talk to him and was treated like absolute trash, was told "her mouth was too smart" for him to deal with, and having seen who all works at the shop, Im almost certain it was Ryan on the phone with her. I'm disappointed i spent the money on a scratcher novice who claimed to have experience, but i'm even more disappointed that my work in progress, my gorgeous sleeve, has now been forever affected by a loser kid with an attitude and lack of talent. Stay away from Outlaw tattoo.
