Zynga Farmville Stolen Coins, Cash, Items, Animals, Expansions Internet

I have been in contact with Zynga Farmville customer support since 12/07/2011 regarding missing expansions, animals, orchards, trees, coins and cash. I purchased 2 expansion packs for the English Countryside farm...3 orchards, countless animals (some of the animals are earned ones only that have vanished after being placed on the farm)...tress placed on the farm and in orchards have disappeared...they took the coins and cash and did not provide the items that were bought with the coins and cash! I have been emailing back and forth numerous times. Each time, if there is a response, it comes from a different person. Today (01/05/12) I received an email that basically called me a liar...stating that it has been determined to be "user error" and they will not be replacing the items/coins/cash. Not one representative has actually looked at my account history, they admitted it! I did not delete nor sell the items! I am not looking to gain anything more than I lost. I simply want they to replace the items I bought and earned! I want Zynga to be responsible for the errors that continue throughout the game play! I have lost more than $10 Million in coins from this incident alone...3 orchards are gone...3 earned only animals (they cannot be bought nor earned again!)...numerous trees that cannot be replaced because they are no longer available in the market...the missing animals prevented me from continuing in the completion of 3 separate quests which means I lost out on all of the Coins, XP's, and rewards associated with the quest completions...roughly 35 in Farm Cash (yes, that's real paper money) from buying "rare" items...several thousand additional coins/fuel/XP's from crops that constantly withered within 3-5 minutes of them being planted! Someone needs to help the players who have committed over 2 years to playing this game...I play by their rules...I buy the stuff they want you to buy...this game used to be an escape from the stress of the real world...not anymore! I want this to stop! Zynga is making money off of scamming the players who made their game what it is today! Someone please join in and help make Zynga accountable for their deceptive practices! I want my stuff back!
