I purchased a 720p HD Auto DVR System with 2.0 LCD Screen. The official title is "Ultra Wide Angle High Definition Car/Truck Dash DVR Dash Camera". Although the camera records works fine, when I attempt to play the recorded video on my computer, there is no sound. Also the date /time is incorrect. I called them on 05.31.11 in the early AM PST. I was told I would be emailed a zip file that would correct both problems. As of 06.01.11 I was still waiting. I called them again on 06.01.11 in the early AM PST and again was told the file would be emailed to be in 5 minutes. I am still waiting and the call was made about 3 hours ago. I did try calling again and this time I received a recording saying no one was available to take my call. Their tool free phone number is 877.556.3808. The male that I spoke to never gave me his name and his attitude was very much "I could care less". The first day he did refer me to a portion of his site and to download a file to correct the date / time but the file will not download. I paid a total of $190.19 for the camera and my sale # is 19648. I strongly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase this type of camera, shop somewhere else. This is one of the worse companies I have dealt with in a very long time. There is simply no service after sales. I sure wish I had checked this site prior to my purchase. Be forewarned. This is not a company you want to GIVE your money too.
