In order to meet the need in qualified stuff we are seeking candidates for open position. Responsibilities: - Internal communication with purchasing, engineering and finance departments
- External contact with dealers domestic and international
- External contact with dealers domestic and international; purchase office equipment and supplies (printing, imaging and presentation equipment)
- Do price analysis and supplier search, consider cost of the product, quality, availability, and technical support to achieve best price value
- Develop and increase successful business relations with suppliers
- Manage delivery of the acquired equipment to requestors by use of forwarding companies and postal services
- Coordinate all current activities with the Administrator and report completed/pending orders/shipments Requirements: - Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- PC skills, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong managerial and multitasking skills as well as the ability to work alone and manage your time wisely
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision Salary and Benefits: - Full coaching provided
- Base earning starting $2,000 USD per month
- Flexible working schedule (3-4 hours for training period)
