FRAUD - you pay Western Union and quality for free ship but then ask for more $ after

Email to Western Union - and particulars of them asking for more money - the order confirmed as paid and shipping free, but after they picked up the money from WU, now $48.00 in shipping please. You will not be able to wire WU funds to Cong Huang although the name may change very soon or the sites will be shut down. They offered refund, I requested refund and nothing has happened to date and no emails have been responded to.

Question: I called to complain and was advised WU would contact the Chinese authorities. I have also contacted MasterCard to dispute the charge, as advised by the person I spoke with. Please keep me abreast of any updates. Thank you. I was also advised the Chinese authorities would be in touch with me. I have found further information on this company and have emailed both the owner and Wenqin requests to refund my money as they stated they would do.
