I purchased a screen guard for my new phone and had it installed at Best Buy in Jan. 2011. After about a month, a corner of the guard started to come up so I followed the instructions on to get a replacement. When the replacement came, I followed the instructions from the on how to return the damaged item. I sent it out the day after the replacement arrived and even included the packing slip just to be safe. About a month or 2 later I get an email stating that I'm going to be charged the full amount for the replacement. I contacted and explained that I had already returned the damaged item and the only repsonse I got back was a form letter that basically told me nothing. With a couple more attempts I finally gave up. Now has charged my credit card for the full amount and there is nothing I can do about it. It seems like it's way too easy for Zagg to claim that they never recieved the returned item, especially considering that they don't provide a return envelope that can be tracked. Don't waste your money on any product. |

Your card will not be charged if we receive the original ZAGG product within 60 days of the replacement request. This is just a reminder that you have 30 more days to return your original ZAGG product before your credit or debit card will be charged the full retail amount.
If you have already mailed back your product we thank you for doing so and will process your return when it is received.

i can attest to this person saying this warranty is a scam.. i bought this zagg shield and afteronly a few days it started to peel off around the edges.. i finally got through the difficult process of requesting a replacement when i found out that they wanted 15 dolalrs to ship me the new shield!!! are you kidding me? theres no way on earth that thing costs 15 dollars to ship!!! they are just pocketing teh rest... plus they wanted to authorize my credit card for another 15 dollars in case i didnt return the old shield!!! these people are ripping people off and its gonna come down on theme sooner or later, , , people arent THAT stupid.. LIFETIME WARRANTY.. yeah right. |
