Dish Network Changed account to show they now own my personal bought and paid for receiver. Denver, Colorado

I have had an account with dish network ever since VOOM went out of business. When I opened the account I leased two 811 receivers. Later Dish changed the method they use on HD programing and had to replace the 811's with VIP211's.
A couple of years later I purchased a VIP211K from a company in Florida. I had it added to my account along with the two VIP211's that I lease from them. At that time my account showed that I leased two VIP211's and owned one VIP211K. I know that they showed it that way on the account for at least a year or more. On December 26,2011 I checked my account on line to see what I am being billed for and what equipment they show that I have. They now show to own ALL THREE of the receivers and I lease all of them. I called to have them correct that. I was told that they show to own all of them and if I wanted it changed, I would have to produce a receipt where I purchased it. I told them that it was purchased in January 2009 from a company in Florida, I gave them the name and town of the company I purchased it from and said it had been nearly three years ago and I had no idea where the receipt would be after all that time. But if they would just LOOK AT THEIR OWN RECORDS they would show that I leased two VIP211's, But Did Not Lease A VIP211K. They have refused to do that. Then I said they would need to show something to prove I had leased it from them. I was then told that they don't always keep those records and it was up to me to prove them wrong.
