I began dealing with Asley back in 2007 when I contacted her after she called into a radio show. Asley stated on the radio her show, FTA Justice, had been picked up by A&E for 26 episodes and she had replaced Dog The Bounty Hunter. I contacted her because I was trying to find an inroad to get a reality show idea brought to fruition. Yes, Asley is definitely a con artist. I am so very sorry for everyone who lost money with her. That could have been me. But I trusted my instincts when some thingz just didn't seem right with her, namely: 1) the urgency to send her $5k, 2) I never found credentials for her anywhere on the internet, 3) She kept trying to steer me away from asking her for proof of her credentials, 4) a background check under her name did not produce any results, 5) Her persistent secrecy with many personal/professional details of her life, etc, etc! I even went as far as to call the police department and spoke with one of the officers listed on the FTA Justice website. He assured me they had checked her out - this man even said he did surveillance on Asley himself!!! I still was not convinced. She sent me a picture the end of 2007 of a beautiful navy blue or black 2 door Mercedes she said she had just purchased - She called it her newborn! Yea, I could have sent her $5k but my gut was telling me she was NOT what she appeared to be. I thank God for letting me put the brakes on our relationship before it went any further. Here is my final email to her dated January 2, 2008 - Entitled SOOOOO SORRY!: Hey Asley, I really want to take a minute to apologize to you. I am apologizing for allowing our business relationship to quickly spiral out of control. Had I taken things one step at a time, I would have
realized that certain elements had been omitted from the process of forging a true partnership. The first mistake I made was taking you at your word. I am aware that you DO NOT have a deal with A&E for FTA Justice. When you got on the radio that day and told all of DC and the rest of the country your show had been bought by A&E and that you took Dog the Bounty Hunter's spot, it was a complete and total LIE! You knew it at the time and you know it now. I am so sorry I did not fully check you out from the very beginning. You told me out of your own mouth that your show was bought by A&E for 26 weeks. That's a total FABRICATION! My first indication that something was amiss with you was that pathetic show overview you and your "writer" sent me. It was in no way reflective of a professional writer with vast experience in the entertainment industry as you claim to be. And why can NO ONE vouch for your professional experience, Asley? In my background check on you, not one of the credentials you have listed on your website was verifiable. And who are you anyway - Is your name really Asley?? Why do you work so hard to keep your identity concealed? This all explains why you spent 40 minutes on Saturday morning trying to convince me that verifying your "credentials" was total nonsense. MAJOR RED FLAG! If you are so in demand, as you claim and people from "all over the country" call on you for your expertise, you should have a reference sheet ready with people who are willing and able to validate your experience. Instead, you thought you could manipulate me into sending you $5k with no questions asked. You wanted me to believe I'm just a small fish in your big pond! (Since you don't normally bother yourself with such menial projects, right?) You thought that by toying with my heart's desire you could bilk me and my husband. Do the people on your show believe you have a deal with A&E? tsk, tsk...To be honest, I am particularly indignant over your references to God's blessings in your life and your speech about your stellar reputation. God can't bless anyone's deceit so don't fool yourself, girl! There is no more for me to say to you on this subject or any other. I wish you well and hope you get where you are going the honest way. And in the future, do yourself a favor - DON'T EVER try to play games with a TRUE woman of God. It will never profit you. PLEASE don't bother responding to this e-mail. There is nothing further to say on the topic!! You erase my number and I'll do you the same favor. You be Blessed, Asley. Believe it or not - I really do wish you well. |

| I know all to much about her scam, she stole that Mercedes from me! It had a loan on it for $43, 000 and she paid about 3 payments in total for 3 years and got a charge off on my credit for $48, 000 for late fees and acrued interest, when it was all said and done she drove the car from 2007-2010 until she was picked up driving on a suspended license and having expired tags on the car, the car laid in an impound lot in alexandria from June 2010 until November 2010 when it was picked up by benz financial repo department. This woman basically ruined my life and countless others, I did not have the money or time to fight her in court and I dont even know where she is right now, hopefully in jail. Her real name by the way is Sharon Greene and she is in bed with a whole bunch of other thieves who assist her in her crimes. Anyone have any updates on this please post! |
