T-Mobile T-mobile Flex Pay is a scam! Internet

I have been getting the run a round with this company for about 30 days now. I placed an order online for a family plan with flex pay and of course I did have to pay up front for the service...they are telling me now..THEY CAN'T FIND MY ONLINE PAYMENT! How do you loose a payment online...liars! I have been sent to various "CSR" of course with different responses from them all. I am tired of playing games with them and something needs to be done. I will be canceling my service with them since they cant seem to get it right and of course letting everyone I know...DONT USE T-MOBILE at all! Oh and I do want my money back...

Had the FlexPay account because I didn't qualify under my credit score for regular service. I stopped using TMOBILE for two months. Then a bill came in for over 400 dollars. I just called them, and the service rep claimed that it was cancellation fees. How do you get cancellation fees for a phone you had no contract with? Then she claimed we were on a two year contract and that's how the cancellation fees applied. Again, how do you get billed for a contract you never signed? They are a bunch of liars and thieves!
