Secondary Classification: Customer Services Issues 3. Problem: I mistakenly submitted info to this company thinking is was The Real Yellow Pages,
ATT&T company affiliate... Later to receive an invoice from this company, I immediately called on 8/18/2009 and spoke with a Maria Smith and requested for it to be canceled which I was told it would be. Then I get a letter stating that they will not cancel.... Of course, they would not because they are overcharging for the dummy website listing... I final sent a letter on Sept 20, 2009 explicitly explaining the situation and why I was not going to pay for the insidious service. I never heard anything further until today, I receive a fax from the supposed Mike Marsh - Senior Recovery Officer... Complaint Background
