AFNI inc
AFNI inc a cesspool where really the big chunks rise to top..... Flakes of Afni set to destroy my credit worthiness with total DISREGARD of PROOF Blo
11th of Jul, 2011 by User459615
I have filed consumer complaint about this "business" called AFNI Inc. here at Ripoff Report,
State Attorney of Illinois-- where they are, State Attorney of California-- where i live FTC and BBB,
in re their false claims, knowingly transmitting false info to credit reporting agencies to harass and
intimidate those who has the nerve to tell them i do not owe to anyone for you to collect..... These flakes, just for that went with false claims of dated and amounts to credit reporting agencies
to flag the files with "COLLECTIONS". They allege I owe $86 plus change to AT&T. THEY ARE YET TO SUBSTANTIATE THEIR CLAIM.... They know as i do it is a fraudulent claim. The Internet is full of reports, complaints of abuse suffered in the hands of these people.. I am including the findings of AT&T who in willingness to help, got in touch with Afni inc to
set the record straight. They have told Afni there was no record of my alleged debt. Now Afni
came up with phone number i do not recognize, have not used in the past neither do i owe
any amount of money toward that phone account. I have been telling them this since the day i read their name on a piece of trash they sent me
with this unsubstantiated claim with falsified date to make the alleged debt look current... Be aware this "honest Business" will stoop to new lows to harass people, to intimidate, to swindle.
Today it is me....... Tomorrow it can be anybody! To Whom It May Concern: I have filed a complaint about a "business" known as Afni Inc
a collection agency operating in your state.
as per my previous notes to your office and as the title of this indicates, with absolute disregard to state and federal laws that are in place to protect consumers from this kinds of abuse, without substantiating their claim (which i
have repeatedly asked for) simply on their "word" claiming to collect a debt which does not exist.
on this, as i so informed this office, Afni went and flagged
the files that is widely used to check credit worthiness with "COLLECTIONS" and deliberately caused enormous harm which no doubt will take a lots of work and money. I am sending a copy of the ATT's findings, which they made no attempt to check information i have transmitted them to check to verify that I do not owe any amount of money... i had to do that for them. as the ATT's email to me and them shows that. Now they have come up equally
flimsy claim that they are collecting on the acc of a phone
number which does not belong to me.
i am bring this to your attention to assess what they doing. it is a fraudulent claim. which seems to be the
way they conduct business as the internet sites on these
people attest to that.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
