All of the postive reviews are from the owner of the "company" don't believe that it is an actual consumer. Of course the owner would try to write a few positive things to rebutle the negative comments. SCAM........ I worked for them for a couple of weeks.....not only are they scamming people they sell it too, they are scaming their employees, who usually only last there for about 2 weeks before they realize whats going on......This company makes money off new workers who sell a couple of these then quit, without ever recieving their commision.....Everyday they meet at starbucks and have brand new people who are probalby going to at least sell a few of these thing, before they find out whats goin on....we were supposed to get paid on our commisions, but they told me that all my people had canceled, which could possibly maybe (doubtfully) true, but i think they just wanted to pocket all the money.... I also never filled out any paperwork which goes to show what kind of business they are running.....all the stuff on the website you could do anyways without this bs promotion, they ripped off all those pictures on the website from other websites, and they made their website from homestead which is a bs "build your own web page " thing that i did when i was in 7th grade. A real business would have a real website with their own photos and videos.....my friends were gonna buy this promotion off me but im glad i didn't sell it to them, cause i would have felt bad for ripping them off.....I realized it was a scam when the person i sold it too went to book the horseback riding session and found out he had to pay $45.....he asked the place how much it would have cost with out xtremesocal promotion and they told him it would be the same price.....He hunted me down and was very angry, and I could understand why he would. That's when I realized I could not work for a "company" like this. |

I'm the owner of Xtreme So Cal. I started my business when I was 15. I'm now turning 17 I started this business to promote health and fitness to people my age. I never thought Xtreme So Cal would be so successful initially. My mom has been a big support with many obstacles some were people taking me seriously due to my age. In fact because of my age had to overcome certain things a 30 year old would never have to. Justin Olsen claims to be the owner of Western Marketing & Media and is a 31 year old man whose been trying to bully and extort money from me and my business with internet slander, Justin/MR.O came to my company for employment off Craig list posting for sales people wanted. We originally passed thinking he didn’t have enough sales experience. This position is commission based, He called my mom for the job she gave him a chance. If he could sell he would just like everyone else be making about 40% commissions. When he realized he wouldn’t be successful he suggested he had other ideas to sell frm home/online, we were optimistic, but none of his ideas panned out. He ultimately made one sale. I have many reps able to sale 5 to 8 coupon books a day, for those who are good at sales they really like the job/ freedom to work their schedules, or as a team. Justin Olsen of Western Marketing & Media has and is now attempting to extort money from me, he kept our products like a ransom, told us if we didn’t give him a certain amount of money he'd keep 5000, 00 dollars worth of merchandise, he would slander Xtreme all over the internet as this was his field and forte. I’m not going to be bullied by this guy because he thinks I’m a kid. This guy sends my business emails daily saying look out; I’m going to get you, emailing a countdown as to how much time before he begins slandering my company online/ bully mentality
I had to get the sheriff’s involved. I’m 16 he’s 31, what he’s about is illegal we’ve sold over 10, 000 of our coupon books Perhaps he’s jealous that I’m only 16 and more successful. This has taken a lot of hard work, a lot of late nights, I was not given Xtreme by wealthy parents or family members, in fact my father passed away the same year I started my business from juvenile diabetes n probably had a lot to do with my drive in a business focused on living healthy. We have tones of reps that work here love their jobs, are good at what they do. We don’t scam anyone or rip anyone off. If someone feels different I simply give back their money I've let many people keep the product, as our guest. I go out of my way to keep my customers happy. I will not be bullied by a 31 year old who doesn’t want to work, who because of his internet knowledge on how to hurt a company wants to extort money from me. I won't fall prey to this man’s slander to get money. I hope people will read this, and know we are a good company that truly cares about our customers. |

HI my name is Robert Guittierez. I was online and i stumbled upon this review. I need to get in contact with you Mike. Justin did the same thing to me and tried to con me from 4 gran. He thinks he can easily just get what he wants and thats so unethical. I am an older man trying my hardest to run an honest company and here comes this youngster trying to tell me that my company was also a scam beacuse i did not want to pay him for work that he did not complete. One gets payed when one completes a job. I think in his disperation to get money he tries to con the rest of us struggling business owners. Thanks goodness you had your mom and family to help you. I will shoot you an emai so we can bring this guy down. |

I worked for this company for 2 weeks and never got paid for my work. I can't believe I worked for this shady company. First of all this company doesnt even have an office, they operate out of a starbucks. Then they make you train with this guy named franky who is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and can barely speak any english. They don't have you fill out any paper when your hired or anything. It's mind blowing to me that this company is still around scaming so many people not just consumers but poeple who actually worked for these illiterate uneduacated people. I feel so bad for selling that extreme package to those customers. If you are thinking of buying or working for this company please DON'T! They SCAM there employees and there customers. |

Hi I bought my promotion at my school its really cool and all the people that work for Xtreme So Cal have been pretty amazing and helpful.I don't work for them and Im a real person.I have already gone surfing in Malibu cold but fun.I just got my lift tickets in the mail and look forward to snow boarding for the first time this winter.I've taken my first skate board lesson with Artimust and he is a very good instructor. My only warning is to plan nothing the day after a skate lesson My legs are still soar, not from falling but from the work out this was better than my pilates class. Im still working on kick flips although I really don't think I will ever get that.I am going to try a few more lessons with him.The promotion itself that Xtreme So Cal puts out there is really nice .I have called and talked to a few people that work in the office Jackie is great she really took care of me.So thank you Jackie.Your boss should give you a raise!!!You were very helpful and thanks again for the love on skate board rentals.Artimust was a great instructor. If you get one of these limited promotions be sure to see Artimust for skate and Bob for surf. |
