I ordered a full silk top lace wig from them on 4/5 per the policies they have listed I would recieve the wig in 6.5 weeks and 3 days ship. I contacted them at the 7th week inquiring about my order and was simply told it would be out soon. Ignoring their own policies. I tried to contact paypal but unfortunately after 45 days you cannot file a dispute eith paypal. I tried contacting the vendor again after neary 8 weeks and was told that my wig would not be done for another 15 days! Outraged I asked for a refund to pursue other vendors and was completely ignored by them. And wa told to just wait. If I were you I woud find another vendor if shopping for a lace wig. I dont think they are ever going to send it out to me, I think they are scam artists who just wait until you can't file a dispute anymore. I spent 543.15 on this wig so I am working on a dispute form now with my bank. Lesson learned with online vendors. I should have just ordered from sunny's. Also I spoke with this woman over the phone and she assured me there would be no problems yet not they want me to wait 2.5 months for a wig that should have only taken a little longer than 6 weeks. If you come accross this vendor, run!!
