Xpress Relocation The worst so called company ever!!! Atlanta,, Georgia

I too have been ripped off by this company. We hired them to move my grandmother from Mississippi to Texas. They quoted me 2 different prices then kept moving the pick up time. Once they finally showed up they charged us an extra $150 for boxes and equipment we already had. They picked up our items on August 7th. On that next Monday I called the dispatcher like they told us to do to set up a delivary. Well I gave it 1 week still nothing. I started calling and leaving several messages and never received a call back. Then after 2 weeks of no response I called them and finally got to speak to Allen who is suppose to be the owner. I called him at the same number that he had called my cell phone with. He answered and acted like he didn't speak English. 3 weeks later when someone finally answered the phone and he started yelling at me that he would call me to let me know when my items would be delivered. I did not know what to do they had all of my grandmothers belongings plus all the money we had already paid. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint and what a suprise they already had 22 against this company. Allen started corresponding stating the contract I signed said it could take 7-21 days depending on the shipment size. When I let him know it had been more than 21 days. He said the fine print said it could take up to more than 30 days. I told him I kept all my paperwork and it didn't say any of that. I have never been spoke to so ugly and disrespectful by some one who is suppose to be a business person. After several ugly phone conversations we receive our items on September 21st from someone who says he is with a different company. They demand payment but they lost over half of our boxes!!!! I do not see how this company continues to get away with this?!? They drain all your energy calling and arguing with them every day over your own possesions. So after all the money, headaches and stress we get our stuff and it's less than half of our items. They need to be stopped!!!!!
