xpress lube i was told by the manager that i was sh*tting on him for complaining to him about the stuff the did to my car tampa, Florida

on 9/4/11 went to get oil change at xpress lube, car was fine before entering bay. while performing there check i was told i needed a filter and radiator flush,so i told them to go ahead and replace the filter along with the radiator flush.i left the location got 2 miles down the road and stoped for gas,while pumping my fuel i notice fluid leaking under the front end,i opened my hood to see what was wrong and noticed antifreeze shooting from the my over flow container. i returned to xpress lube to see if they left a hose off ,when they did the inspection there was a little crack on the container . i was told that because the filled my car with antifreeze ,and it was low when i first got there that caused it to crack. i took my car to a mechanic shop next door and was told its possible that they hit it with one of there tools. i replaced the container and that's when i noticed my radiator still had a bad color along with a lot of old stuff floating around,and remember i just payed $89.00 for a radiator flush. i went to several mechanic shops to see if they flushed my radiator,put a crack in the over flow container. i was told there is no way they did a real flush,and very possible for them to have hit my tank and crack it. to make a long story short i went back to ask for an refund i a very nice manner the manager told me no so i asked for the corporate office and was told they didn't have it in a very rude manner. so i went home to get it off the internet and ran into this site. i read some of the complaints and they are so true100%. 1. they dont check everything that they say 2.they lie about stuff u need . these people need to be investigated big time.
