BEWARE: extremely incompetent company/individuals, con artist, fraudster and scammers, Truelogic Technologies PVT LTD, Raman Katyal
CAUTIOUS of Raman Katyal. He has worked very hard to perfect his front, website, proposal, and company stamp on NDA, however beware this is all an illusion. His website www.truelogictechnology.com indicates every services and expertise in the IT field, but actually he doesnt have any experience in any of those fields and his workers/other company he will hire are extremelly incompetent and of the lowest skills. In his proposal he also mention beeing Microsoft certified (scam/lie/fraud/misrepresentation) and 150 employees (scam/lie/fraud/misrepresentation). He his very proud of his feedbacks on from another site, however most of the good feedback comes from friends or very small project that he can outsource to someone else easily. Anything over a thousand dollar he has zero skill, competence nor experience to complete the work. They also indicate that they do not use any third party applications/software (scam/lies/fraud/misrepresentation). They dont have a competent, experience team to program or develop anything. So they rely purely on third party application or other companies (for supposevly custome development) and he will buy low quality scripts which you can find on the internet (for less then 100$) and try to tell you that the script he made from scratch.

| Raman the owner of this company will promise everything done but absolutely nothing done. First of all! originally we were extending the date due to the FACT that you team weren't able to deliver the project on time. 1. As per our original agreement according to the proposal It is your team that are suppose to provide update and Site design. This project were suppose to be an FULL Creloaded Site development. I provide HTML only to assist the possible time lag on design work which you weren't able to delivered. I have never indicate that I'll provide ALL 3 Site Design. The Design aspect were suppose to be included as per Uploaded Proposal. 2. as I have stated on the dispute message many aspect of the site are not completed. if you indicate that the multi language support are working and it is in place that would only show that how inexperience you team truly are! Your team need to Learn to TEST your own work before submitting to client. I am not going to be continuously trouble shoot issue that are suppose to be working! 3. As you also indicate almost ALL feature are in place which this is not true. when you tell me that it is finish that means the site has to be no functional error and with no possible chance for me to get a FATAL ERROR message. If just by testing and browse around I will get an Fatal error that mean the site is full of bugs and your team did not test the work. 4. You Indicate the site are complete but even the simplest product description tabbing are not functioning. And just by simply review the site I can list more than 30 NON FUNCTIONAL aspect on this staging site. I am NOT going to continue to provide chances to programing team that deceive me on their ability to complete a project and certain would do anything to dispute for a Full refund back. If you are NOT capable of delivery this project and delivered it ON TIME than you should not bid and promise a completion on the first place! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! Ramen will bid on your project and promise everything can be done and at the end NOTHING CAN BE DONE!!! If you do award this company DO NOT release payment until done. BEWARE after you award them Ramen will tell you he cannot start on the project until you fund the account and RELEASE PAYMENT to him. Remember Elance policy is you only need to fund the account and DO NOT need to release fund until they finish their work. Ramen will refuse to start work until payment is release. And after payment is release to him the work will never be done. Therefore if you award him your project be certain you don't need to release him the fund |

| This contractor fooled me into thinking he is part of a team. He is not. He is a one man show who will bid on your job and try to sub-contract out the programming.His bid proposal/project outline looked professional. My best guess is that he has some graphic design knowledge. He was able to cut-and-paste my sample sites together to appear like something I wanted. But the show stopped right there. He did provide a few jpegs(wire frames) of what my interface would look like. But when I asked for a couple of simple tweaks he had a hard time grapsing simple concepts. So I let them go hoping to address them later. So for the 1st week everything seemed to be going as planned. I paid $650 up front and once I saw the "wire frames", he asked for another $650 to continue on. Well here I am 10 weeks later and $1300 in the hole and I have nothing but 3 jpegs of what my interface might look like. I started to get nervous after about 1 month and asked Raman if this job was too much for him and "his team". He seemed a little offended by the question, and insisted his "team" was capable of the project. After another week of nothing, I insisted on seeing any snippet of code to prove that any progress was being made. 2 days later I got back some patchwork of my own code I sent to him prior to hiring him. Now I knew something is really wrong. And I was upfront with Raman with my concern. Again, He stated that a lot of work was being done and that I will be surprised with the results in another day or 2. 2 days later I saw nothing until I contacted him again. Then he sent me a link to some little menu that was probably from some previous project patched together to look like it was my project. And it didn't do anything. Now it is a few days beyond the project completion date, and the only thing I have is 3 mediocre jpegs. And the whole time Raman is swearing he is making good progress, but now I am done. I want to cancel the project. And get a refund so I contacted elance and followed their advice. Now that I have been jerked around for over 2 months, Now Raman won't respond to me or Elance. I will be pushing Elance to have this contractor removed from this site. Raman had prior feed back that seemed positive which also influenced my decision to hire him. Why he decided to take my money and run I don't know. I was very fair and upfront, and didn't bother him until Istarted to get concerned. I have all correspondence via elance as proof that this contractor is totally at fault.. Theonly thing Raman was good at was responding to my e-mails. But now that I filed for a refund he has chosen to disappear. |
