The second billing is fraudulently done without the credit card holders permission or knowledge. They do not send you a receipt for the payments.

This is a very, very well thought out, well laid out, apparently honest offer which is a complete internet scam!

Your credit card information has now been comprimized. They may now try to set up a monthly payment schedule without your knowledge or permission and start removing more money from your credit card company.

You must notify your crdit card company's security and fraud department and cancel your credit card immediately. Then they never send the product.
