Fraudalent website. I ordered a portable dvd player almost 2 weeks ago. My order status was changed to "awaiting shipment" and ......nothing. I emailed redtagcellular asking to provide more info about the shipment date - no response. I want to cancel my order. I'll see what happens.

Ordered DVD home theater system on 3 June 2011. 11 June HD Discounts notified me my order was canceled and I would receive a refund in 2 days. On 17 June still have not seen a refund. Called the number 888-516-8813 which was listed on my credit card online billing. It is either not open because you call outside of 0900-1600 or if it is operating hours they are not open that day. Written two emails to "[email protected]" and "[email protected]" - no response. Just wanted to let everyone know this site is not one that you want to buy from. If no answer is received by Monday I intend to follow-up with Better Business Bureau complaint and a letter to the Tennessee State Attorney. HD Discounts address found online is: 21348 Alberta St., Oneida, TN 37841. Hope this helps anyone else looking for information on HD Discounts.
