I purchased what i believed to be and "authentic" coach bag from this outlet site as a christmas gift. Only to find out a few months later when the handle broke off that this was a fake. I sent this to a coach store for repair and was told it was definately not authentic. I have sent many emails to the purchaser for a refund and surprise surprise no response.
