Timeshare Counsel called and left me a message about a class action law suit against Burroughs and Chapin
with a promise to get me a full refund of the price that I paid for my timeshare at formerly known as Crown Park Resort. For a $399.00 fee for all legal paperworks with the balance of 1100.00 due at completion. If they did not suceed the origination fee was supposed to be 100% refunded.

I spoke with Judy Lark, the paraprofessional and was told that the claim takes an average about two months with 70% success. Jack Wilson the investigator who recorded by sworn affadavi and I sent my origination fee through google checkout and mailed copies of my timeshare contract and deed. They used this to serve papers on Burroughs and Chapin.
I was told not to speak to any of the representatives as this could damage the case. I was told to wait for 180 days
I have tried to contact Judy Lark three months after I was charged for inital fee of $399.00 but it was no luck. Jack Wilson then emailed me saying that it takes at least 180 days to process. and it has been 9 months since then...and I hear nothing from him.
Now i am finding online that others have been involved in the same scam. Can anyone help to track these criminals?
