I figured I would just swallow the shipping charges. However, the boots never came. I contacted them on 12/16 asking for delivery status; no reply. I have requested a refund on 12/26,12/27,and 12/28, again, no acknowledgement.

Based on the entry on my bank statement, they are from Shanghai, China, so it's probably a lost cause. Their logo UGG STORE includes site , but that is a non-existent site.

Hope this prevents someone else from being RIPPED OFF.
