| I placed an order at on August 15, 2011 for my kid's birthday party theme Scooby-Doo. I ordered $42.62 worth of item's because they had awesome pricess, or so I thought. On August 18, 2011 I realizedthey hadn't emailed me the shipping/tracking information for my order that I placed on the 15th & it should've already been sent out in the mail by now. So I tried to contact the company via the phone I get an answering machine staing to leave a message we'll get back to you within so many hours? So I decide to email the compnay with the email provided on their website asking them to send me the shipping information for my order & I provide them with my invoice #. They responde to me via email stating they already did, so I go back & double check nope no email's but he invoice email when I first placed my order. So I email back staing I checked I didn't get the email to please email the shipping/tracking information. Then I get an email from Steve/shipping stating that he sent me an email on Wed. August 16th stating that they didn't have the cup's I ordered & it would be 7 day's before they could fullfill my order, or they could refund me for the cup's I ordered. I emailed back stating I didn't get that email & I couldn't wait 7 day's for my order when the party was on August 27th, 2011 to go ahead ship out the rest of my order & refund me for the cup's. Send it out as sson as possible please. I get an email fomr Steve stating that my order would be shipped out today (August 18th, 2011) & they would email the shipping imformation shortly. Today is August 19th, 2011 & I still havn't heard anything, or received any email's from the online compnay about my order being shipped. I would'nt order from this company again it's stressful knowing that my kid's were so excited to have a scooby-doo party & they helped pick out some of the item's & it's not going to be here on time, or maybe not even at all + I'm out $42.62 in which if the tem's are not here by Friday evening I will be traveling to go spend even more money on the same item's that I already ordered but didn not receive as advertised on their website. I do hope someone look's into this company mroe & that their stopped from this fraudlant act's their doing with consumer's that are ordering from their website. I placed an complaint with the Better Business Beareau hoping this will help me get the item's I ordered on time, or a full refund. |

To the person above who is ranting and raving...
Maybe you need to check your email...wow...so easy to say...I never got it...maybe you get crap all the time that goes into your SPAM folder...know how to use your computer and you won't come off as a moron...seems you neglected to check your email because according to you, they emailed you right away to let you know the cups were out, and that they would be back in, then they were shipping your order. You didn't get back to them? I don't know why people want to be in retail at all with wacked out customers like you.
I have used them for the last 4 years and I CHECK my email and have never had a problem with that company, so you need to calm down...you look like a moron with your ranting and raving and calling BBB. Seriously, who needs customers like you. They are probably happy you will never order again. Good luck to the next site y |
