Fraudulent web sight

I tried to order 4 pairs of Hogan shoes from this web sight but as result one month later - I will get eventually in 30 days 80 % of the amount. My correspondence below is a self explanatory and I believe this Chinese web sight/as I understood later/ is fraudulent and they try to collect abusing personal data. I even informed the official web sight of Hogan /Tod's with no effect so far! The Pay Pall logo is on their front page but I couldn't find the option to use it- I paid through www.yourspay.com and they seem so far correct. Below you will find copy of my correspondence with them:
