| Made my western union payment for the product and have been ignored since... |

| www.buypowercleaner.com is a recommended vendor for purchasing German BASF quality gbl cleaner according to my research. So I finally decide to purchase my product with them since the vendor was replying to me and communicating with me quickly at first. After this Ryan Can person gave me the information for the Western Union payment(they only accept this and moneygram payments), I made a visit to the local western union agency and made a payment to him. I proceeded to give him the MTCN#(number he needs to collect my money from western union) and then all of a sudden. He stopped replying to me. Just stopped giving me replies as soon as I sent him this payment. He actually replied once after many emails and told me that "We will collect your payment as soon as possible." Since then, I haven't heard a word from him. No tracking number for my shipment and no confirmation of my shipment being shipped out or nothing. Totally getting ignored. It has been a week since my payment and I don't know what is going on with my shipment. This is really bad customer service and now I'm starting to think that I have been scammed. Please be warned. |

Yes I believe the buy-gbl.com because previously I have ordered from one of the recommended sites before and it delivered without a problem. I think that Daniel Hogson person decided to take advantage of people from USA and Canada since there is so much demand for gbl from them. :(
Oh well.. lesson learned I guess. If you know any other sites(with legit 99.99% product) you have successfully ordered from please let me know. |

| I ordered from buypowercleaner.com my first order came to me fine then i made a bigger order and have yet to recieve any relly back in the last 3 weeks a buddy of mine says he orders all the time from him and always receives his order but he says sometimes it takes a month to even get any message back |

| I too have had one shipment make it and a second not make it...No order number or tracking number sent. uberclean has stopped shiping to the united states, I wonder if buypowercleaner has also stopped shipping, but is still collecting american money without shipping. Where can we find a site that is not a scam site? |

The person I was communicating with was Ryan Can according to the replies. He was communicating with me before I made my order. Then as soon as I sent my western union payment he stopped replying to me for a couple of weeks. So I tricked him by emailing him from another email address pretending to be someone else and showing interest in buying GBL and he answers!! right away!
The guy is a big scammer I only decided to buy because I thought buy-gbl.com was reliable source to decide on where to buy because I have previously purchased from uberclean.nl shown on buy-gbl.com and I had a successful delivery from them. Either buy-gbl.com guy and buypowercleaner.com is ran by same person or something has gone wrong with buypowercleaner.com or it was never legit in the first place.
Fishmaster72 I think you can find several places to purchase successfully if you search on tradekey.com or even alibaba.com. I have recently ordered from wunderclean.nl and it was shipped out but I think it might have been seized this time :( My sole purpose ordering this stuff is to clean my wheels! |

I gave up emailing to this Ryan Can person from powercleaner.com to get my shipment. He answers like every other week and when he answers he just tries to troll me saying "the lady at the western union says mtcn number is wrong"
Then I don't hear from him again for weeks and when I email him again from another email address pretending to be someone else showing interest in buying his product he answers INSTANT! lol |

| Same story here, ordered from buypowercleaner.com in Feb. They picked up the money, I never got the product and they wont answer any of my emails. I had ordered 4 times from them previously with no problems. |
