Wowcuba Wowcuba compliants Invalid Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

It appears that there is an individual that has been putting out misinformation about WowCuba's service in Cuba that I would like to address.
I have taken three separate cycling tours with them in Cuba. These tours have covered the eastern, central and western regions of this lovely country and consist of one week, 10 days and up to two weeks of the most wonderful cycling, bus supports, local Cuban guides, WowCuba guide. They supply all the accommodations, meals, local events, boat tours, culture encounters and specialized hand made bikes, along with many unique experiences and surprises that this scenic country can provide.
They have been doing tours, rentals, boating, etc for 20 years and are the most experienced and professional tour operators in Cuba. The family business is based in Atlantic Canada and two of the family have married Cubans with 5 children.
I have never had or heard of any complaints by any members of the tour ever. Oh, maybe one. "You don't go to Cuba for the food" But you do to experience the wonderful people, culture, sports, music and arts of this "dignified poverty stricken country" John
