This company promises leadership, a chance for you to open an office. They promise to give you $5000 to help you start up the office. They do not promote based on getting enough leads. They do not pay you what you deserve. They promise minimum wage and a commission pay, but do not pay those to you. They pay only one or the other. They tell you they will give you an office if you write leads. What they don't tell you is that you have to write enough leads every week to build a team and be promoted. Adam Gerald is a scam. Worldwide Concepts offers a Management Training Program, but even if you work extra hard, you won't be promoted. Do not work for this company! Its a waste of time and gas spent. You have to go to the office everyday! Then, they make you walk around a Home Depot selling free in-home consultations on cabinet refacing! Its a joke! |

I too worked for this company and Adam Gerald is a JOKE. Team night, whatever that was suppose to be except people wasting there time when they did not want to go but was made to feel that they needed to go. The working of long hours and saying that the weak will survive and on Monday nights having to stay for Leaders Meetings and not get paid for the hour and half for being there. Anyway he could take money away from you and keep it he did. If you did not write enough leads, he would try and scam the hours that you did work and if you did write enough and them go through, he would keep the extra money instead of giving it to you saying that "I own him." Screw that. I left, and manager name starts with a T, ended up not opening up Denver Colorado because Adam stole money from her ($2, 500). Long store short, do not work for him. The company is a scam. It is some what like a cult. Eat, sleep, drink this company. Well, if you do not want anything in life and nothing to show for it, work for this asshole. If you want a life, find a different job. Also, stay away from their company affiliate named the Smart Circle. |

I went for an interview today. The entire time they would not tell me exactly what I would be doing. I was told it was a non-profit job, but when I got there they said I would be in Home depot. The office is empty, you can tell it is not a legit business. Then a couple hours later I got an email for an interview for this company http://www.actionaid.org at the exact same location. I have worked for well known non-profits before and that is a scam. It's sad because people could actually be giving their money to help others. Sad that scams like this stay alive. DO NOT APPLY FOR THESE JOBS. IT IS A SCAM |
