I am very disappointed with your company and how I have been treated with this move first I was cancelled on Friday and then I got a call on Saturday November 13, 2010 telling me they have cancelled the job and will not be doing it at all. This is so unprofessional and has put me in a bad position I will be calling the BBA to report your company at this time and I will be leaving a comment for future customers. This has cost me $120 in motel bills plus another $60.00 in storage fees not to mention the stress it has placed on me and my spouse. I just cannot believe this is how your company does business. After this company left me high and dry with no other choice but to find another moving company last minute and I am sure at this point all moving companies are HUSTLERS will say anything to get you to book with them especially when you are between a rock and a hard place. I got a new company to come out today on a Saturday last minute happy about that but price was much higher then Win Van Lines gave but I have found out from the Internet searches I done today their price is low and then when they get here it will sky rocket. So far with this company total loss and I did not even use their service since they cancelled on me as mentioned the $120.00 in hotel fees, $60.00 in storage, $900.00 in the new moving company since their total Win Van Lines gave me was $981.00 new company $1850.00. I was told that on November 12,2010 that their truck had been stopped at the weigh station and would have to be down for 10 hours, I was in complete shock and made several very upsetting calls to see when they would be picking up my things I was assured it would be the next day between 2 and 4 which I was not happy about but what could I do. I received a call at 10:30 am on Saturday November 13, 2010 and was informed that all their trucks were down and they would not be able to complete the job. How unprofessional, and I was not happy with customer service since I left several messages. I must say Sherri my representative was very nice and she was very helpful and I feel sorry for her having to work for this company, but once issues started happening she was not as helpful. AVOID THIS COMPANY
