A & I Health solutions Damage to ceiling 2 places when doing Mold Abatement in our attic North RidgevilleInternet, Ohio

I had work done by A & I Health solutions to Clean & disinfect the attic for mold that was found by an Inspector. This contract was signed by our son which I gave him permission to sign to get the work done. The date that the work was done was August 6, 2011. Which it was done on that date. me and my wife arrived at the house when they were finishing up the work. The Operations Manager Isaiah Brewer arrived and my wife made out the check to pay for the work. His employee's finished cleaning up and they all left. We were doing some other work around the house when my wife noticed that the air vent in the master bedroom was pushed down and the ceiling had a long crack in the drywall material. She got a hold of me and I imediately called Isaiah Brewer to let him know about the damage to the ceiling. He told me that he will have a drywall contractor to get the damage work taken care of. This was on August 6, 2011. He had our sons telephone number so that the contractor could get a hold of him to let them in the house to do the repairs. We did not hear from Isaiah again. We went back over to the house on August 20, 2011 to do some other work done and to talk to the realitor about selling the house. While we were there when I was going up stairs I noticed that the air filter vent was hanging down on one side about 1 inch. I called Isaiah again to report about this damage and i got his message service and I gave a brief discription of the other damage that I found. We left a came back to Pa. On Monday August 22, 2011 I called Isaiah again and I explained the problem about the second damage done to the hallway air filter vent. He told me that he sould not be liable for that damage because 2 weeks have passed since he did the work and that I should of when I noticed the first damage that I should of checked the other vents. I told him that I did check the other vents in the other bedrooms and bathroom but I didn't think about the filter vent. He told me that he got a hold of a drywall contractor but they are back logged on their work. He said they will get the work done as soon as possible. On August 28, 2011 I have not heard from Isaiah about getting the work done so I wrote him a letter as a follow up to our telephone conversations. As of today September 7, 2011 I have not heard from him. I have tried about a dozen times trying calling him but all I get is his answering machine and I leave a message but I believe he is ignoring me by not returning my calls or answering my letter. There has not been any one in the attic since the damage was done and the only persons in the house has been myself and my wife. I did take picture of the 2 area where the damage is done.
