sent a $39.95 check along with the microwave part to be repaired, sent 3 emails and numerous voice mails and never heard nothing back and the check was cashed.

It's pretty hard to track this down if there's no name attached.

Repairs are taken in date order and updates are provided by e-mail whenever the unit's status changes, and of course when it ships.

Part delays and workload will of course affect repair times.

We sent our microwave panel in for repair on March 11, 2011, three months later we were told that he would keep us posted. As of the 17 of August, with severalm more requests for updates still no word.
If we had known there was this much of a backlog, I would have fixed it myself. As a 1st Class FCC licenseholder, this would have been very possible.
