My Wife and I visited the Wholesale Resort Services office in Las Vegas earlier this month. We are LONG TIME Timeshare owners of 5 weeks. We were invited to attend a seminar for "Tuning UP" our timeshare ownership. We were very skeptical but accepted the invitation as they indicated they could trade some of our weeks into their RCI Points program. We were told that we could redeem our weeks into their RCI Point system. We were completely lied to. In fact, several weeks after our purchase, my wife called RCI and they explained to us that they have no record of us as platinum members nor had they heard of "Wholesale Resort Services". Then after searching for the Store Manager on the web, I came across this . I can't believe my wife and I had fallen for this. My wife and I wish to do what we can to help spread the word about this complete scam of an operation. This experience has cost us thousands of dollars of which we probably won't see a dime of. You've been warned....

It's amazing to me that someone such as yourself would take the time to bash a company that is as honest as the day is long. This company has some of the most respected names in this industry running it. Also, if you were lucky to become apart of what they are offering then you would have not lost $1, 000's of dollars as you proclaim but rather you would have gained access to a wonderful package of vacations that you can utilize. Instead of complaining about the company, I suggest that you take a vacation WITH YOUR WIFE.

Really??? Are you seriously doing this online? 1st of all our Las Vegas office has only been open for 4 days, so you NEVER visited with us, and you know it! You are either illegally and fraudelently posting deliberate faslehoods, or are mistaken. Either way...be advised it is the corporate policy of WRS to investigate, and prosecute with all legal remedies any malitious and slanderous flasehoods, and those who post them under the flasly held guise of annonimity.
In the highly unlikely event that you have had legitimate dealings with WRS we herely demand that you contact our office or post your contact information on this site for our staff to follow up to ensure your complete satisfaction OR A FULL REFUND! WHOM was your representative when you visited? WHom have you sought relief or assitance from since? If youdo not post, be adivsed that we will continue this investigation to ensure that the services and goold will provided by our brand are not tarnished under the guise of a consumer complaint when such is not and has NEVER been the case.

WRS are money hungry and once they get your $$ they dont give a shit about you!! i called 3 hours after purchasing a vacation club for $3000 when i got home i was having buyers remorse and couldnt budget it into my bills. They ignored me for about 3 days then called only to tell i cant cancel and just to take a hit on my credit!! Are you serious!!
NOWHERE in the papers you sign does it state the are no cancellations or refunds once papers are signed. I am still waiting on a "higher up" to get back to me. I will not stop calling until my "club membership" is cancelled!!
The salesmen are extremely pressuring I would stay away from this place if I were you! My salesman kept talking about his kids and marriage and was definitely lacking a wedding ring hmmmmmm |

| wholesale resorts service all liars, we purchase and try to cancel and never returned our call, then came down to talk to randy he is very rude and told us we can't cancel. then they charge me monthly thru my credit card which i only authorized the deposit but not the monthly payment. we been calling and calling and calling but never call us back and they said nobody is in the office by 11am, 12noon, 1pm 3pm 5pm 7pm and 930pm we just went july 2011. for any of you invited by this company and promise don't believe them and i can prove it they liars and make sure you ask for the cancellation policy |

| I have had the same bad experience with Wholesale Resort Services, they really are thieves and liars, they took my money and I do NOT have a travel membership and many many weeks have gone by. We all need to contact the BBB, the Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney General, the Business License Office and any other law enforcement agency we can think of. I looked at the rebuttal from WRS and laughed..another lie, they have been in business since April of 2011 not the 4 days they claim |

| After reading and hearing all the bad news on this company my husband and I decided to cancel we did not even call we sent a certified letter, the next day to make sure someone had to sign for it and kept the info to track it. We know in NC we have three days to cancel any contract without questions by writing. I am glad that I took the time to look up the information about this company. My husband and I had a bad feeling about this company after we sign the contract. Thanks for the heads up |
