WHITLOCK LAND SURVEYING, INC. is not a licensed surveying business with the Florida Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers. A survey by WHILOCK LAND SURVEYING, INC. was signed and sealed on February 19th, 1996, by James Whitlock, Jr. (LS4875) For the violations found, the board hereby recommends that the Respondent pay a civil penalty of One Thousand dollars ($ 1,000.00).
