AT&T ATT Long Distance New scam Atlanta, Georgia
28th of Jul, 2011 by User775014
To add insult to injury, on June 14 ATT decided to add a "minimum charge" to your long distance phone bill - even if you canceled this service like I did months ago and don't use it at all. This new charge shows up as "Minimum Usage Charge" of $2.00. After the Federal Universal, Carrier Cost and State & Local Communication Fees are added you end up with a total of $4.80 for a service you don't use simply because AT&T is a greedy bully and says so. I hope the FCC does something about all these illegal charges that AT&T is forcing on their customers. A class action law suit to teach these greedy ba$tard$ a lesson would be even better - and hurt them in the pocket big time. This is just one of the many scams that AT&T is shamelessy conducting and they should be thoroughly investigated to put an end to their illegal practices once and for all.
