Wheelers Family Restraunt Waitress spit in food! Pine City , New York

I recently visited Wheelers Restraunt and was completly unsatisfied with my experience while i was there. I use to go to this establishment all the time but stopped going there when an employee begn to threaten me and make me feel very uncomfortable. Last weekend my aunt asked me to go with her to the band that was playing at the bar. At first I told her I wasnt going to go but some how she persuaded me into going. About 15 minutes after I arrived I began to feel really hungry so I walked to the Restraunt section. There was a girl behind the register so i began to place my order with her. She stood there as if she could not understand the english that was coming out of my mouth. Then all of a sudden the girl that has threatened me in the past walked to the register and the girl i placed my order with gave it to her as she walked back to the kitchen i heard a loud outburst of laughter. That point I knew they were going to do somthing to my food. I walked over to a table and sat down with my aunt. About 10 minutes later the girl that has problems with me brought my chilli over along with the corn bread and sour cream that was on my order. She had a super guilty smile on her face. She set my chilli down and began to walk away from my table fast. She went directly to the back of the restraunt where the cook was and i heard more laughter. At this time i began to be certain that the did somthing to the food that i already began to eat. After a few minutes the cook came out to the front of the restraunt and joinded the few waitresses that were standing in a circle. She began to smile and point at me while i was eating my food at one point I even heard her say "ewww i cant believe she is eating that." That was enough to convince me they did it. I then walked to the register and paid for my food. There the daughter of the owner was standing. She noticed a discusted look on my face and the fact that i didnt eat and she asked me what was wrong. I proceeded to tell her that they did somthing to my food. Her reply was "can i get you somthing else" I told her no thank you though. She told me she would find out for me and come tell me. I walked over to the bar section and started to talk with a couple people that were over there. She came to me and said " whatever you do, do not eat it they spit in it" When i heard this i began to feel very violated. She than proceeded to tell me that it was messed up that it was her mom that was going to be the one that would loose buisness over this not Chelsea. I then began to ask her when her mother would be there and asked her to tell her mother at that time she told me she would. The next day i woke up and before i attended church i called and asked for the owner. Can anyone guess who answered the phone? The same girl who spit in my food. She proceeded to tell me the owner would not be in at all that day. After church i called agian and she answered agian. Not to mention in between that time messaged me on facebook saying "lmfao why dont you try agian hahahaha" I tried to call a couple more times but no luck. So i woke up Monday morning and called agian this time i spoke to one of the girls good friends she proceeded to tell me the owner was sick and wasnt going to be in at all that day. I ended my conversation with her and began to look up the health departments number in the telephone book. I decided i would give it one more try before i contacted higher athority. I got lucky this time and spoke to the owners sister-in-law. I proceeded to tell her what had happened. She told me that she would contact the owner and give her my number and have her call me. About 15 minutes after i got off the phone with her the owner contacted me. She proceeded to tell me that this didnt happen sticking up for the girl who i know did this to my food. She also informed me that if Outback Steak House didnt get in trouble for employees pissing on customers steaks she wasnt going to get introuble if her e mpkyee did do this. After about 10 minutes on the phone with her she started to change the conversation by blaming me for serving her 19 year old daughter alcoholic beverages. I told her that i would let her handle this and if i didnt see changes within the next week or so I would contact higher athority (Health department). She began to get very hostile so i ended my conversation with her and decided i would contact higher athorities right then and there. So i contacted the HD. They basically said they really couldnt do anything about it unless i contacted the local State police. In the mean time the girl that did this to me has messaged me several times telling me that i better have 911 on speed dial next time she sees me on top of several other things.
