West Coast Distribution Misleading and Fraudulent phone call Huntington Beach, California

First person calls and informs me that the price on the toner for my copier is increasing, but they didn't update it on the last order. Their boss has extended the old pricing on 10 units (at over $300/ea). I ask if they're with Ikon; which is the company our copier is leased and serviced through and our supplies are ordered from. Person on the phone says YES!!! (this is obviously a lie as our supplies are covered by contract) She then says that she'll go ahead and place our order for us and have the units shipped out right away, and that I would be receiving a follow up call from their warehouse on the west coast to confirm. About an hour later I get a call, and confirm our copier model (which I'm not entirely sure how they got that information to begin with). I then ask him to confirm our address - if he's honestly with Ikon then he will know our address. He reads off the wrong address!!! Scam alarms are going off in my head. I give him our fax number and he sends over an order form to sign off on billing us for $300+ on toner that is covered under our Ikon contract. The normal price for the toner if I were to buy it on amazon.com would be around $50-60. I don't return a signed fax to him, and wait for them to follow up. When he calls back to follow up I inform him that he's not affiliated with Ikon in any way shape or form and our supplies are covered under contract and hang up on him.
