Wendell Sia likes to constantly slander us, Billion and Jodi Johnston, but if you notice- he can substantiate NOTHING he says. WE still own the trademark, a year after Wendall launched all his lies about how we stole it. Why? Because it belongs to US legally, and always will. In fact, Wendell Sia was never able to do anything without copying our techniques. He stole our pictures, using them for his sales. He stole our marketing techniques, using them to make money. Now that he cannot copy us, he has a low class, failing business because the only way he can make money is to lie and steal from others. Wendell Sia is a failure as a business man, and he is non American. Check for yourself! Do we still own the trademark for Elite-Tek? Of course we do. Were we able to shut down EVERY website in the United States who stole our trademark? Of course we were, legally. Because Wendell is a little weenie of a man, all he could do is live in a pretend world, telling lies, trying to explain why his broken products that really weren't Elite Tek, but using a stolen tradename, weren't his problem.
