DirectTVcin ridiculous movers fee Internet

I recently had to move and called to get my directv service setup to move as well. When I called the moving department the rep I got was very rude to me. She proceeded to tell me I will be charged $105 to my next bill. When I asked why I was being charged she couldn't explain it to me nor would she transfer me. "Everyone else was busy" according to her. I was then told by the rep I ordered my service thru that since I've been a customer for 11 months that I shouldn't of been charged a moving fee. I called back to the moving department and asked for some explanation why I was being charged when I was just told I shouldn't of been charged for moving when I was taking all my equipment with me. The supervisor I talked to basically said I was lied to by the rep I ordered thru and he would talk to the one that wouldn't explain anything to me and make sure it doesn't happen again. Yet, I'm stuck with a $105 charge that I still don't understand. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever had. No offer at all to help or anything with this charge when it was never explained to me properly and I was told by another rep that I shouldn't be charge. Can someone please explain to me how I can get 2 different stories and still be expected to happily pay this charge. And the reps will just get a slap on the wrist to make sure they don't ripoff anyone else. I also don't understand how the intial install is considered a move when I never had directv prior to this. This is my first actual move within the year and I was 11 months into my first year. I also read on another report on here that a directv rep said if it was after 6 months that the move is free. We're have tempted to cancel our service and go with a service that won't charge us for random things and call their customers liars.
