Wells Fargo Bank Loan Modification scam Des Moines, Iowa

Been dealing with Wells Fargo to help modify my loan for 2 years. Its a long story to much to type but to make a long story short... I was approved got the approval letter Set, 2, 2010, signed notarized and return to them with in 10 days. On Dec 13, 2010 mu birthday I got a call from them telling me my loan was denied after it was already approved. Now when I call they can't give me a reason why and want $9000.00 or they will foreclose on my and my daughers home. I am in the worst sharp now then I was 2 years ago when I applied. Wells told me my loan had to be 90 days past due before they could help me, than lower my monthly payment gave me hope for 2 years while brain washing me at the same time. Doing research online i see several millions people going through this same that I am. I contacted the OCC, the president, mayor, governor, Consumer Affairs and a lot more people. If anyone knows of anything else I should do please email me at @yahoo.com Before its to late and I lose my and my daughters home for them crooks giving me the run around for the past 2 years. I'm in the worst sham now then what I was when I applied. I can't see how they can do this to people and get away with it. I have read in Memphis and Shelby County Tennessee, and Illinois and many more states there class action law suits on Wells Fargo for this same stuff.
