This woman Randi Natashi and We Rent For You Leasing Solutions does NOTHING but take an advance fee of $150.00. She talks a mile a minute about about all the businesses she has run in her life and how successful she has been in them.Everything from international trading to trade shows. She is supposed to get you co-signing services with apartment properties.
She told me not to tell the properties, that I was going to look at, that I was working with her.(gee I wonder why?) She takes your money and does nothing, nada Zilch. Her exploits are well documented on the net. She set up a woman's expo and lied about it being sponsored by BravoTV and Revlon etc. NOT TRUE. Just google her name and you will find all this info about her. Stay away from We Rent For You Leasing Solutions. If you happen to shop at the Walmart or Vons in Laguna Niguel, CA just off of Alicia Parkway, you might run into her there. She's African American with a birds nest of hair extensions, driving what looks to be a fairly old White Chevy Lumina or something similar.

This person who has written this comment is a FRAUD! Was never hired by We Rent For You Leasing Solutions, neither co-signing services were offered to this bad mouth women! We are fully aware who has wrote this comment about our company and employee and a defamation of character lawsuit has been filed against this women. So whoever is reading this fraudulent comment about Ms. Natashi, understand it is FRUADULENT!
The Name “Nada Zilch” is a made up name from the person who has wrote this fraudulent complaint against Ms Natashi. This women who have wrote these bad comments about Ms Natashi, did not have funds to secure an apartment with our co-signing services. Lives in motel, with no job, and utilizing non profits to pay for her living arrangements is why she such a fan of Randi Natashi.
As an operations manager of “We Rent For You Leasing Solutions” one of my job requirements is to monitor reviews rather they are positive or negative. Once a tenant phones our company, there calls are screen, monitored and recorded. Says, "John Peterson" the operations manager for We Rent For You. This women who has fraudulently, written this nasty comment about our staff member will be faced with a massive lawsuit as we have received her IP address, home address, and location. And a civil suit as been filed against this fraudulent women. "Jim Chu who is the owner/Attorney for "We Rent For You” do not tolerate fraudulent misinterpretation from any outsider. And we will fight every step of the way and see that these false accusations STOP immediately, Says John Peterson!
People just don’t have anything else to do with their time but try to ruin others reputation on the internet. Randi is one of our best leasing consultants we ever hired and been with us for 6yrs leasing single family, condo’s and apartments to families who are credit challenged. she is credible, ethical, always pleasant and a no nonsense type of business women, in which impress us from the moment she was hired! She comes with gamut of business management skills, she’s sharp, and can run any firm without experience. Her marketing skills taking a business to the next level is keen! It’s too bad that people like such, can’t appreciate a good services that “We Rent For You Leasing Solutions offers, and can’t appreciate good employee’s.

I have used "We Rent For You Leasing Solutions Apartment co-signing Services. And Yes i did pay a non refundable $150.00 for Criminal Background Check. I had a Felony on my Record but Not a grose Crime and "We Rent For You Leasing Solutions Still cosigned for my Apartment. I met with Randi Natashi in the lobby one night me and my girlfriend. There office was closed. I have her money orders to move into an apartment plus the co-signing agreement. The next day, she moved us into a beautiful 1bedroom apartment in anaheim.. It was painless.
I am sooo happy, that she helped me because me and my girlfriend would of been homeless. So that F"kn B't that wrote that comment above is on DRUGS. And a F'k B'th...And if you believe that crap that she wrote, you will be stupid! She mentioned that she is african american?
Yes... Randi is African American and she is one of the nicest people, I've ever did meet in OC. Myself I am caucasion and my girlfriend is also caucasion. I went over to there competitors office intially, and they couldnt even help me and they are white. So what does this tell ya?

I checked out “We Rent For You Leasing Solutions” myself and it is licensed through the Irvine Police Department and they are partnered with Apartmentguide.com, which is a global apartment magazine company. I hate dump f’kn people who think they can just say anything about someone and get away with it. Then she uses a fraudulent name. “COWARD” Randi Natashi should slap the living crap out of her.
My girlfriend and I, went to that trade show, and she said it was beautiful and she met Randi Natashi in person at the long beach convention center, while she was speaking to Gretchen and Slade who was hired by Randi Natashi to host that event. Gretchen and Slade brought in bravo camera’s and that show was on TV/ the Real Housewives on Orange County. obviously that stupid B'tch below didnt see it but she want to state fraudulent facts. My girlfriend is a fan of Gretchen’s and both of us watched that event on TV on the real housewives of OC. So regardless if it was not sponsored by Bravo? it was on TV on the real housewives of Orange County and that all that matters! The show aired because Gretchen had created her own make up line and she had a awesome booth at the event too. Gretchen also brough in E entertainment camera's there as well to tape her make up line...I bet you that B'tch that wrote the bad comment above, didnt know that either! This person who have written the review was a renter from We Rent For You Apartment Co-signing Company, who was evicted from a community for not paying rent. Apparently was upset, because they wanted the co-signing fee, to be provided to there 2 months up paid rents. Please do not read negative things from bad people about We Rent For You Apartment Co-signing Company, is a great company. I use to be employed for them and my husband relocated his job to Washington.

I think that it is FRAUDULENT to have the same username "Wrfu" keeps posting as if they are someone else claiming that the sevices of We Rent For You is wonderful. For starters, please check your grammer. If you are a company or defending one, atleast have a good sense of your English vocabulary.
Secondly, you post up comments and curse out tenants. No reputable company would lash back at anyone who says something bad about their services even if that person is lying. In your posts above, I find it extremely unprofessional to explain why you think some would post something negative about your company. It only proves how FRAUDULENT, shady and unprofessional We Rent For You is.
I will forward this page to the Better Business Bureau as I think your responses in your above posts are vyer unprofessional and you are siging in as "Wrfu" and praising your services. UNBELIEVABLE. |

| I too was just a victim of Randi. She told me she would place me in an apartment by Saturday or Tuesday latest. Asked me for a cosign fee of equal to one months rent accepted in cash only. What person is stupid enough to hand this lady that much cash in hand. NO ONE. She got 175 out of me for the back ground check but I would rather lose that then lose over a thousand to her ignorant, racist self. Karma is a bitch and she will definitely reap what she sows. How dare she use Joel Olsteens name on the business too. She is a liar. and if shes that desperate for money she should just stand on a corner since she looks like a hooker anyways |
